Bad experience. I took it personally receiving a sassy e mail from some Jaime, Office Manager to go somewhere«outside» of Gentle Dental after inquiring a simple question to Dr. Sam Sharmardi concerning a CT Scan. I discovered the ‘patient satisfaction’ postings in Gentle Dental waiting rooms are a scam. I notice some of the reviews are responded to written to Unilocal,going to prove that Gentle Dentals’ ‘patient satisfaction’ policy is to hear the good experiences and filter out and discard the negative. The free consult lures patients in and afterwards the staff isn’t nice. The quality of the radiographs were bad and the chairside manner of the Dentist was bad. The assistants and back office of Gentle Dental are among the worst I have encountered.
