The burger was ok. However, the taste I had after seeing and dealing with the workers left a truly bad impression. The cashier was rude and didn’t seem eager to provide customer service. After I ordered, he crumpled up my change along with the receipt and gave it to me with attitude. The entire kitchen area was filled with about five people and they were all having personal conversations and groping one another. There was clearly no guidance from anyone that appeared to be in charge. They all seemed not to have any care associated with the restaurant and were louder than the customers. I would not run a service oriented place as I saw.

I love Five Guys’ cheeseburgers and fries. The regular cheese burger has two parties and you can get as many toppings you desire at no extra charge. I get the mini order of fries as it is just enough for one sitting. I had ordered the medium before and it was way too much. There are boxes of peanuts in the shell for one to munch on while waiting for one’s food(the wait wasn’t too long and was the same as if one went to McDonald’s). This location is in a strip mall and so usually there is plenty of parking. There is usually enough seating. I’ve been here during prime weekend dinner hours once, and had to actually eat outside in the cold(it was winter). Overall a good cooked to order burger at a decent price – great value and much better than places like McDonald’s.

We love the fries here. One large order of fries can feed a family of 6 easily. The burgers are hearty and they make to order. Hot dogs and grilled cheese for the kiddos that don’t like burgers. Salted peanuts can be scooped from the boxes around the kitchen area and are complimentary. Overall a great burger place for the family.

Ussually decent went there today and my burger patties were skimpy compared to my sons, complained to the teenage manager and she said they are all weighed at 3.5 oz I asked if they are making them smaller now, she said no but I believe they used to be larger. Left me kinda disappointed Th

Overall I didn’t buy into the hype and it turns out I was right. It’s jus a regular burger joint. It’s just a regular place nothing to write home about.

Greasy burger to meet your needs, it’s convenient to the movie theater up the hill, so if you need something quick & easy. The fries aren’t bad either. The just need to keep this restaurant seating a little cleaner.

Simple enough — if your in the mood for a good burger, head to Five Guys. I love the amount of different toppings you can add, and the burger patties are always great. Service isnt bad either.

Five Guys in Randolph is waaay better just saying! BUT, I’ll still give this one 4 stars! The staff is much nicer in Randolph! I ordered the little cheeseburger. it’s just perfect size! It was yummy, hot and come out just like I ordered!!! They have the fun soda machine that you can pick any kind of soda you wish! It’s a great place to stop in before going to the AMC theater right around the corner!

I’ve heard good things about this place but I was pretty under-whelmed. Stopped in with the 2 kids after a movie. Got a regular bacon cheeseburger(2 patties). You can get additional toppings included(sauteed onion, lettuce, tomato, etc). We ordered a large fry for the family, and fortunately noticed that they cook in peanut oil. No other sides available — so our ten-year-old son could only eat the burger. The burger was pretty good, but nothing wow. Fries were much better than most fast food fries. But if I’m going to pay $ 7.50 for a burger and a couple dollars extra for the fries, I’d rather sit down at a decent bar & grill, pay $ 9 or $ 10 for a burger that includes fries, eat it on a plate, enjoy a bit of elbow room and hint of atmosphere and order a beer to go with it.

Definitely not our kind of restaurant. Although the hamburgers were good but misshapen and the french fries were pretty good, we didn’t care for all of the people hanging around. Some of them looked like they were homeless just coming in from the cold and others looked like high school kids that were there for the night. Although the cleanup crew was constantly sweeping the floor they were also banging into the patrons. Our first and last time there, We’ll stick with Red Robin.

Not the first time at a FG and won’t be the last. Trying to not eat french fries because of my low car dieting but man their fries are so damn good how could I resist. I bought a small fry and only ate the ones that fell out of the bag. Gave the rest to my coworker who loved the treat. Double bacon cheeseburger with cheese hit the spot. Place is brightly lit and very clean. Staff were very nice. Plenty of parking.

I really hate hamburgers. They just aren’t very good, or flavorful. That being said, Five Guys has one of the only burgers I will eat. A flat patty topped with grilled mushrooms, lettuce, and mayo, on a soft bun dipped in ketchup. That’s all I need! And the fries are great dipped in malt vinegar. Yummm. Make sure to order the«mini» burger: their regular burger has two patties. Just a forewarning. And the price is right. $ 4 for a mini burger. Can’t go wrong!

I would not consider myself a burger person. Growing up, I was the kid at the mcD’s party that insisted on nuggets. But man, this place has made me see the light. I get everything on it and it is sooooo good! Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is that the fries are cooked in peanut oil and I have an allergy.

Their burgers are fresh and delicious and one bag of their fries can feed two people, easily. There are a lot of choices for condiments, which can be overwhelming, but the people taking your order always seem to be on top of it and get it down the first time, which makes it a quick and easy task. This location has a crazy cool soda fountain that you can mix flavors with and they always have Mr. Pibb!

Five Guys Burgers is pretty expensive. It’s a take-it-as-it comes franchise, really. You don’t get all the bells and whistles that come with specially-named burgers. You get meat, cheese and sauces on a bun with some decent french fries. The ground meat is pretty tasty, but I certainly thought these burgers would have a more bold flavor.

One word. Horrible. From the moment I walked in I felt like the staff really didn’t want me there. Rude cashier, rude girl cleaning tables and the cooks all had a scowl on their face. I can get over that. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a drink and a regular fry. The drink machine was pretty cool as it was a touch screen, never saw that before. The fries were beyond bland and they formed together into a soggy shape of a paper cup that they were served in. The burger was not much better and just a total grease ball. I would never recommend this place, nor will I ever go again. Don’t waste your time.

The burgers here are awesome! I use to have to drive to Randolph for five guys burgers but now that it’s in Braintree, im so excited. I went here twice and each time it was great. I usually just get a burger and fries, which is simple but taste really good every time.

Not a bad burger. People who work there are very nice and efficient. The cashier was helpful. Place is very clean and the price isn’t bad. Will be back.
