This is by far the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. Whomever is in charge should be fired for poor oversight and lack of management. Twice I have done the online ordering for my family and twice they have majorly screwed up by forgetting items and just bad overall quality. Clearly the people they employ are lacking in the educational aspect. Really how hard is it to read an order and follow along??? Needless to say I will not be going back to Chipotle anytime soon and certainly I will never go back to this location.

Chipotle is by far one of my favorite places to get food. However I have NEVER experienced worse service. If there was a negative amount of stars I would use them. I don’t know who is running the place but a group of middle schoolers could do better. I am writing this because this was not just one time I went in, I worked at the mall so I was in there on multiple occasions and had the same awful service time and time again. All of the employees acted like the customers were an inconvenience. For example after waiting in line for I couldn’t tell you how long, I was standing in front of the first girl with a smile on my face, she just stood there, didn’t say a word and just looked at me so after she didn’t ask me what I wanted I began to tell her my order and she began to strike up a conversation with another worker. Then proceed to ask me all annoyed what it was I wanted. This was the attitude of every one of them. Half way through I literally had to wait for two other employees to finish their loud conversation about who hooked up with who at «Bobs» party last Friday night before she once again returned to take my order acting all annoyed. After all that they messed up my order and when I corrected her she rolled her eyes and acted like a bratty teenager, huffing and puffing throwing the ingredient I said I didn’t ask for back into the bin she took it out of. I can see other peoples frustration as all of the workers are ignoring them and going back and fourth yelling, swearing and laughing with each other. As that is going on I am getting yelled at by the cashier to pay. As I am paying the one who messed up my order comes over and throws my bowl in a bag and shoves it across the counter at me, giving me a «there ya go bitch» look. I don’t know who the maneger is but someone needs to remind these immature group of workers that they are just that. Workers, at work. You are literally getting paid to be there and do a job. And part of that job is delivering good customer service. As I am sure they all knew when they were interviewed. So when asked if you liked working with people and delivering good service with a smile on your face, I don’t think you answered no actually I’m a miserable bitch most of the time. So stop acting like it. You applied for a job knowing full well you would be dealing with people face to face, all day every day. If rice bowls and salsa isn’t your calling then do some soul searching and figure it out your damn self instead of taking it out on the people who are putting money in your pockets.

I made a Unilocal strictly so I could talk about my experience. Chipotle is not the popular chain it once was there’s barely any customers so I’m confused as to why the employees continue to give there customers little scoops of food for my burrito. I go to chipotle often but this particular one in Braintree was so skimp in regards to my meal it was like rations used in the old days I’m disgusted especially since there was so much food and very little customers this is an outrage. Never eating here again management needs to address this immediately.

Got a full avocado in my burrito today. Should have known since 2 other people complained about the guac while I was ordering. Usually only leave positive reviews but this was honestly the worst burrito I’ve ever had… at Chipotle or anywhere else. Will go across the street for Qdoba next time.

Rarely go to this location. While in MA, I frequent Burlington, Dedham, Quincy, Cambridge et al. The restaurant was just opening, yet fully ready to serve. The corn salsa was soggy yellow corn instead of the non– GMO white corn usually served and listed on the ingredients menu. Very disappointing! This I now the second time I have experienced this! I regularly choose Chipotle because of its integrity and commitment to sustainability. Most of all for its consistency. Braintree is now on my «no-go-to» list.

My review is purely of this chipotle. I love love love most chipotle’s. But after waiting in line for almost half an hour I’m eating a cold burrito and my husband’s steak is alarmingly raw? This chipotle always has a super long line and is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The staff is nice enough but the wait is ridiculous. I am updating my review because I have been numerous time and it’s always the same, long line and meh food. I avoid this chipotle like the plague now. Thankfully the one in North Quincy is much closer to my house.

I’m here at least once a week and these guys are great. The place is clean, always has great tunes playing and the staff seem to enjoy it. Some of them have been here a while and I end up seeing them each time I come in which is cool, especially when they remember you. A good piece of advice though, if you’re not going at night, order the food online and they’ll make it for you. They’ve never messed up my order and I show up, pay, and leave to enjoy my scrumptious chipotle.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 months, and it has always been mediocre. The food itself is good-I love it when I’m starving because it fills me up and tastes good. However, I’ve also experienced the food being not so good. Sometimes the guac is dark looking, the lettuce is watery(and placed in your bowl, it makes everything soupy. Grosss!) the rice is undercooked, or the chicken is burnt(I’ve experienced this at least 5 times.) To be honest, it’s not worth it coming here. The parking, the burnt food, the horrible service. But we’ll talk about that here. But the service here is what gives it the two stars. First off, parking. Parking is difficult because there’s about 10 spots. You really have to get lucky or come at a non-rush hour time. Customer service here is awful. Really, really just… awful. There really isn’t a sense of professionalism or respect in these employees. They’ll laugh and chat with each other loudly while you’re trying to tell them your order and there’s a good chance you’ll have to repeat yourself. And if your don’t, they’ll get the order wrong. I once asked for sour cream on the side(I don’t like it on my bowl, it makes everything cold and tastes too strong) but the worker just plopped a huge spoonful on my bowl. The staff doesn’t seem to respect that some of the people waiting are in a rush. They have telephone/app orders placed by other people, and they’ll start filling their orders while you’re waiting right in front of them. There’s ALWAYS a line here, no matter what time you’re coming at. Always a line. Not a place you should go to if you’re in a rush. You’re better off with the drive thru at Wendy’s nearby. I used to really be excited and liked this place when I first starting coming here(within the 1st or 2nd month). It was my favorite restaurant. But lately, I’ve decided that I’m not going back here as often. I’m now on the search for something better.

Grabbed food for my siblings and I yesterday around noon and wow talk about awful service!!! All 3 people working the line including the cashier were miserable and barking things at us. I understand it’s busy and it’s loud but wow! I approach the counter and tell the girl that I have 2 things to order and she asks what they are. I tell her the first and instead of listening to me she makes a remark to her friend, then in an even more annoyed voice asks me to tell her what I want. I repeat myself she throws stuff in the bowl and begins talking to the next person… But I wasn’t done yet(and I had told her I had more than one thing to order). She gets even more annoyed. Moving on to the girl at the end of the line the one with the blue hair. I asked her to load up on salad in my bowl since I didn’t get rice. I kid you not she put maybe 3 pieces of lettuce!!! I repeat myself again and with an eye roll she adds on maybe another 4 pieces. The cashier then begins yelling at me to pay. And I tell her I’m here with other people who aren’t done ordering… She begins yelling things like«carnitas» and«steak» at me. How am I supposed to know what EVERYONEISORDERING! Overall I most likely will avoid this location. These people need to learn what it means to be nice. Customer service is a difficult industry, I too work in it but a smile goes a long way!

I never write a negative comment about a business, I learned my lesson. I used to buy food here since it was so convenient and loved the steak at Chipotle. Last time I came to this location about a week and a half ago, got the rudest employee(I think he is a manager from a different chain because I have never see him before). Today I ordered burritos for pick up. I was charged for Guacamole in both of them and there was no guacamole at all. They instead made the burrito with Lettuce and I still got charged. Next time. I’m leaving my burrito craving for Anna’s Taqueria, worth the drive and have a nicer Customer Service.

I eat here more than I should but it’s the only halfway decent option at the mall. The line workers never seem happy. I’d have to say they always seem borderline annoyed. I understand why the lines get long, but the last thing I want after waiting in that line is for the person scooping rice to get annoyed with my request for double rice(I only get chicken and rice). To sum it up, foods decent. Service is not(most of the time).

Customer service when they’re busy… Fidget it. Rude… Hurry up and go attitude. Skimpiest burrito bowl I’ve ever seen. Even one of the line workers questioned the amount of meat in it to the person before him and the response was too bad.

Funny how I end up coming to this location after shopping when I live a few blocks away from one in Quincy. Food is fresh and tasty however, not as fresh as the chipotle locations that are neighboring grocery stores. I don’t get too fussy about the waiting line since I know they all want food like me, but I wish the lines would go a bit faster. Nice for on the runs though or as a stop by place for food before returning to shopping in the plaza.

If you don’t like chipotle then you’re not human! Not only do they make amazing burritos, but the bowls are equally great. The ingredients always taste fresh and yummy. I love the brown rice, chicken and the variety of veggies they throw in. Top it off with some cheese and salsa, writing this review is making my mouth water. This location is inside the South Shore Plaza mall, which has a downside. The line is always extremely long, sometimes even out to the front door. But fortunately, you can skip that whole line like I do just by ordering from their app. I place my order and pay on the chipotle app(you can pay in person ass well), then pick it up at the front counter in 15 minutes. No need to wait in the long line. If you decide to wait in line then that’s fine too, the service is great… I’ve never had a problem with service here. I absolutely love chipotle, if you’re ever at the mall or around the area I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite!

Chipotle has held a dear place in my heart since my college years(2002 and beyond). I was appalled when I moved to Boston 6 years ago and there was not a Chipotle in sight. However, things have(thankfully) changed and they are everywhere. I will review this particular location since I frequent it the most. It’s a plus that it’s conveniently in a mall in case you want to get some shopping done and across from Au Bön Pain if you had room for a delicious treat for dessert. The food is consistently good, considering I order the exact same thing every time… it’s been coined my «Chipotle fix» now that I get it on the regular. I always go with steak and veggies, load up on the corn, and it’s the perfect meal. They don’t skimp out and will give you extra if you ask for it. I have particularly appreciated the service here — I wouldn’t expect«good service» at a fast-food-like joint, but the ladies are always super friendly and nice, which I definitely appreciate.
