Nice and spacious environment. However, I found that they didn’t have a lot of colors and some of the bottles needed updating because it turned out old and crusty.
My pedi was great. I liked it a lot.
I got gel manicure. I’ve had better. I liked how she was peticular and getting it all perfect. But in the end, I felt the painting could be much better. I can see where the strokes were and she didn’t paint all the way up to the cuticle so I did see some space at the top and the sides. I thought maybe it was the color/​brand but she was the one that actually picked it.
Overall, there are so many other nail salons
And I probably wouldn’t come back to this one.

I’ve been going here a few times now and each time I leave pleased. It is very clean inside and professional. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is very reasonable priced and they are gentle and attentive for manicures and pedicures. Definitely worth the price since they are lower than many of the other salons in the Braintree area. I usually get the French manicures there and there was only 1 time I wasn’t not as pleased with them but it was just nit picky of me since I am used to super straight edges. Overall, this is my go to nail salon.

Great customer service. Reasonable price for a pedicure. The girl who did my nail was really gentle and smiled a lot. Brow waxing is ok. Nice place. Will definitely recommend to friends and come again.

The nicest of nail salons! Have been going here for a while and the staff never fails to be warm, accommodating and dedicated to providing an excellent service. I am overly pleased with every mani/​pedi I get here. Have been to other salons in the area and haven’t been as impressed with them as I am with Braintree Nail & Spa. Not only are the staff here talented, but they are reasonably priced, so it is a «win-​win» situation. You end up paying less and getting a better manicure!

I like the staffs in this place, they are friend. This place is a great nail salon if you need a nail service today or any day. they are very professional. Reasonal price and it’s a great 1st time nail trying and stay. loveit love it love it!
