Bella Derma Aesthetics

I originally decided to go to Bella Derma because there was an advertised special on a body contouring type treatment that I had been interested in for a long time. I had a scheduled appointment for a consultation to learn even more about the treatment. The appointment was beyond what I expected! The staff at Bella Derma provide a wealth of knowledge about any treatment that they offer. There is extensive research done on all treatments before Bella Derma would even offer them. These treatments are the best for your body, skin, etc. and totally work. I have been a client for quite a few years now and have had body contouring and the non surgical face lift. Both treatments have worked beyond what I ever imagined. I consider Bella Derma and I, a team, striving to make me look the best I can as I age. The non surgical face lift is amazing. Bella Derma says «give us 6 weeks and we’ll give you 10 years!» So so true! Everyone noticed immediately that my face was different. Of course, the key here is to cleanse the face daily, use the products that are recommended for one’s skin, and to have regular maintenance appointments every 4 – 6 weeks. The staff at Bella Derma are very flexible and work with you if you can’t buy all of the recommended products. For example, if you can only afford one product out of 3 recommended, they will advise you of which one would be best at that time. They do offer specials and that’s a great time to buy gift certificates and products that you can use for yourself! The office is absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully. As soon as you walk in, you are always greeted with a warm smile and feel so welcome! You are treated like a queen when you’re there and the treatment beds are very comfortable, heated with stunning throws over the bed to give you the most comfort. When you leave, you can even take a delicious piece of Ghiradelli (or another kind) of chocolate; a nice treat after a wonderful treatment. You should definitely make an appointment at Bella Derma. , you’ll see the specials for February. Being in my late 50s, I have been to many spas for body treatments and facials and I can honestly say that Bella Derma is top of the list!

I love Bella Derma! I have a work schedule that is all over the place and if I need last minute facial to relax they always do a great job to fit me in. I love the style and cleanliness of the whole office! Wonderful staff and they always have the best product. Gail recommended the Skinceuticals Universal Tint for a sunblock and it works wonders to keep my skin protected from the sun.
I also love the laser hair removal! A few treatments and you will love the results of your bikini and armpit areas!

Thanks for the Tyndall effect! Now what? I’m shocked that I have blue lines on the injection sites. I thought they were normal bruising, but they aren’t. 6 weeks or longer and they’re still here. I’m very embarrassed and no concealer works!

Bella Derma is by far one the best spas on the South Shore. I had a microdermfacial
that was out of this world. You never leave with a red face. It is very relaxing
and I would highly recommend it. Gail Driscoll is one of the owner;s she is a registered nurse and is fantastic. I am doing the Six week challenge (microcurrent facelift) is a great alternative to Botox and more reasonably priced.

This review is for my experience at Bella Derma LLC, where I received a Vitamin C facial. I am new to the area and needed to find a good place for facials because I was breaking out and needed a good thorough cleansing facial.
The positives: the woman who gave me the facial was nice and seemed knowledgeable. She is a registered nurse so I trusted her with my skin. She took her time examining my skin and made a few suggestions (such as drinking more water and changing my pillow case every two days). She also gave me free samples and didn’t suggest that I buy any products.
The negatives: one negative is that my skin seemed no better after this treatment.
The atmosphere was very «doctors office» and not at all «relaxing spa.» (No dim lighting, soothing music, or soft blankets. When spending a chunk of money, I want to feel relaxed and pampered.)
The facial only included a face massage with the various products. (No steam treatment, no shoulder and hand massage, and no extractions or any other special treatments whatsoever). The nurse didn’t use a towel or head wrap around my hair, so when I left, the hair around my face was saturated and greasy with all of the cleansers and lotions she had used.
I was appalled at the end of my visit when I was told that the cost of the facial was $ 75! On sale! (Normally $ 85). In my opinion, $ 30 would be a more appropriate price. I’ve had various facial treatments costing from $ 40-​$ 95, and those facials were heavenly compared to this lack luster experience.
In summary, go elsewhere for facials. They offer various skin and whole body treatments, so for something other than a facial, it might be fine.

Found this salon awhile ago during a spa week. My favorite treatment is the non-​surgical facelift, combined with a facial. I also do laser hair removal, and they have the best pricing I’ve found.
More importantly, Gail and Judy are REAL nurses, so I feel very confident in their hands. If any reaction occurs, they are well-​versed to handle it. My skin is sensitive so there’s always that chance, but honestly, nothing has ever happened.
Their salon is spotless, business-​like and efficient. All of the staff are very nice.
My only regret? They’re not open on Mondays for regular services (they reserve that day to perform a particular type of service).
Their standards are very high!

This place is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone. I researched a lot of different places before I finally decided on this one. I went in there twice for facials — and was VERY pleased with the results both times. My friends and family could immediately notice the difference in my skin.
The women who work there are very knowledgeable and professional. Their facilities and treatments are great. I also think they charge a reasonable price for the services offered. A great place to go if you’re looking for good advice, great service, and a professional/​relaxing environment.
