Walked in for the first time was kindly greeted by staff. Had to wait about 20 minutes for a haircut on a Saturday afternoon which wasn’t too unreasonable. Because it was my first time I got a free triple play (haircut, hot steamed towel, and shampoo massage) which was a plus. Haircut was a bit rushed and wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but got the job done for a pretty cheap price. Overall positive experience.
