Sabrina’s Gulf Coast Window Cleaning

Making unsolicited calls, telling me where I live? not cool. When I asked how do they got my number, she hung up. Beware!!!

After waiting all day for them to come out I cancelled. The lady on the phone was very rude & did not apologize for me waiting. They also quoted me a price over the phone & they said that that was just an estimate. I am so glad I cancelled. Already getting another estimate from a reputable company.

Sabrina is a 1−800-do-not –call violator. Has cold called me and my neighbors and then, when you bring up the «do not call ’ thing, they blame it on a computer glitch every time. I would not use them for this reason alone.

We have used Sabrina’s for three years, and they do a great job. There is a different person each time, but I have been happy with them all. They arrive when they say they will and work steadily until finished. The price is reasonable, too.

Old fashioned bait and switch tactic. I was quoted one price on phone by Todd for windows to be cleaned on a residential property in Sarasota. When asked, I admitted that I did not know the exact number of windows in my home, but that I knew the square feet. I was then given a quote & date of service. When the two techs arrived and did a «walk around» I was then told that I had more windows than they thought and the price would be $ 50 greater than the original quote. I said this was not what I was quoted and it sounded like a bait and switch to me. The tech then tried to negotiate the price. I called the office and Todd, the scheduler, talked with the manager who tried to offer me, a third quote. I would imagine this shady strategy of showing up and then changing the quote may work once people are in your driveway, but I find this business model reprehensible and lacking in integrity. Had I been asked to count my windows prior to a quoted price, I would have. Extremely poor customer service. No stars would be my choice.

We have used Sabrina’s in the past with no incident. This time, our experience was awful. The tech came with an obvious attitude. Then he said he couldn’t open some of the windows, which my husband then opened with ease. Then he complained he couldn’t close them, and blamed us for having «bad windows.» My husband had to go around the house and close them. Some windows weren’t cleaned and others still had suds on him. At one point, he asked if he could stand on the furniture to reach the windows. My husband was about the same height, and showed him that they weren’t hard to reach (and the tech had a ladder!). He then said, «Oh yeah.»
My husband is furious. I called the office to tell them of our experience. The woman on the phone offered to send someone else. We declined. We will never use or recommend Sabrina’s to anyone.
