Today was my second visit to this dentist office. I was there six months ago and had to wait 20 minutes which is acceptable. Today I had an 11:10 appointment and waited one hour and it was only when I was getting up to leave the receptionist said, sorry, the dentist is running behind schedule. I said I’m leaving and she asked if I would like to come in later in the day. I said no and walked out. Why didn’t she tell me this when I arrived and asked if I would like to rebook. During the initial wait, the dental assistant came out twice and called two patients but they were not in the waiting room. I assume they got fed up and left. I am now waiting for them to send me my xrays so that I can book an appointment with a more responsible dentist.
