Barfield’s Wrecker Service

I had a horrible experience with this place. My husband got into an accident and the car was pretty much a total loss. The cops automatically called this place and although my husband had good things to say when the car was picked up, everything else was just horrible.
I couldn’t ever get a call back from them. Here was the daily 2 week cycle: I call, they pick up, they would say they would call me back by the end of the day but never would. Of course they charge by the day to have your car there but they would never call you back so you can actually pick up or sell your car.
After we were forced to sell the car to them since they wouldn’t ever call us back or respond to anything, we called to ask for a copy of the receipt. No call back. This place is just horrible. But hey, at least the low ball check went through.
