Ressler Collision Center

This is the best Body Shop, hands down, in the Gallatin Valley. I had my car repaired there and they did a great job, they also replaced my windshield cheaper than any other local shop would… keep up the good work.

The second I pulled in and saw that it was a dealership, I should have turned around. Ressler needs to seriously reconsider the value of customer service to people who are trusting them with repairing their cars. Both times I walked in I had to approach someone’s cubicle in order to get anyone’s attention as the girl at the front desk was MIA. It is my impression that when you get a damage estimate, a mechanic more or less «walks» you though and shows you what needs to be done. No mechanic to be found and the woman there just handed me my keys and paperwork without a word.
I’m giving two stars only because the driver was super sweet.
But seriously. Customer service. Just because your primary income is selling cars, doesn’t mean your collision center is below it.

I had originally brought my Nissan to Billion’s auto glass repair center to get a rock chip repair done and was quoted $ 30 to get the job done. The gal in the office also told me that because of the wet weather, they wouldn’t do the repair because the windshield needed to be dry for at least 6 hours to prevent further damage to the chip. She handed me a business card and told me to come back on a day that had nicer weather… I then called Safelite for a quote and it started at $ 95 for me to bring it to them for the job.
My husband called Ressler and was told that we could get it in same-​day for $ 35. We made an appointment and got it taken care of. They found an additional rock chip and filled it as well with no additional charge. They told us it would be a half hour job (and it was) but then offered to wash my vehicle as well when the job was done which prolonged the appointment to about an hour total, but I was thrilled with the kind and honest service. Highly recommended, no b.s.
