to whom that may read this, the employees there are horribly rude and disgusting, your«manager» is the rudest, never have i felt like i the customer wasnt treated with a top notch service. upon my arrival through drive thru i was greeted with a «yea, how can i help you?» then followed by me having to explain my order 5 times just to get a nastier response each time, then when i came to the window to pay the manager had the worse attitude while i was paying, unfortunately i had to use change to cover my bill which i believe irritated her because she sucked her teeth and proceeded to roll her eyes, my food was shoved into my hands with a please hurry up and leave attitude and when i wanted to check to see if my order was correct she got even sassier, as a manager you should be held to a higher standard of professionalism and respect for your customers. i understand that it was later in the evening everyone is tired but that’s no excuse to mistreatment of your paying customers, and also when asked for a receipt of purchase you shouldn’t be snappy and tell the customer the machine ran out of paper, on a scale of 1 – 10 likelihood of me returning that would be a hell no!!! never has a company made me feel like i should take legal action against them for fear of something being done to my food, and this isn’t the first run in with this particular store this just happened to be my last straw with their attitudes and my first time coming to Unilocal

This message is for the owner. You should be ashamed at how your employees represent your franchise. I visited your restaurant about 20 minutes ago and have already decided I will not be returning. No sir — uh-uh. If this is what Wendy’s has to offer in friendly customer service and quality fast food then there are plenty of other options. First of all, it is just flat rude to be goofing off back there and then show no sense of welcoming good nature to the customer(in this case, me). I waited long enough for my food, only to then receive cold fries. After that I didn’t receive much of anything, except my new raw and unsalted fries. I didn’t receive any napkins, no straw, nary a dipping sauce. Where’s the holiday cheer? and so the food tasted like shit because for what ? PS. your employees left the lights on all day and night on Christmas!

OK. So I’ve never written a review for a fast food restaurant before. But when I left this Wendy’s I thought for a moment that I must have been in some kind of parallel universe while I was in there… a universe where all fast food workers are friendly, and courteous, and prompt, and accurate and where the worker who is cleaning something way over in the corner of the restaurant when your leaving jumps up and runs over and opens the door for you and says, «Thank you for coming… have a great day!» Since I was on the road and just passing through, I have no way of knowing if this was a one time phenomenon or if that’s normal operating procedure at this Wendy’s. I like to think positively that someone there is setting a good tone, and making it a fun place to work, and that it’ll be the same way if I ever pass through Boynton Beach again!
