I think Dunk’s finally got their stuff together. Decided to give them another try. I have been going every morning the past 2 weeks on my way to work. Not only have they gotten my order right every time, but they even know what I want before I ask for it.

This place has the worst service out of any restaurant in bowling green. They never get an order right. We went in on a sunday to order some vanilla chai and there was no one behind the counter. When we finally got our drinks, they tasted like regular coffee with vanilla flavoring thrown in. Then as we were leaving, one of the employees was taking a SMOKE BREAK right outside the front door. Disgusting! The staff is terrible. They need to get some people in there who actually care about their jobs.
