In today’s business corporations do not value loyal clients. Today I walked into Sports Zone Bowie. I live in Bowie I generally try to support any business I can in my back yard. In the past I felt like I was not valued in this store but it didn’t bother me because it was convenient. Today it did bother me, I came to buy some shoes for my sons before they went to my wife’s family reunion. Of course when you have a 4 year old and 5 year old one has to run to the restroom at the worst time. So we walked in and it looked like the young lady behind the counter was on her phone I really couldn’t tell but I stepped to the counter and informed her«that I came to buy some shoes is it possible that my son use there restroom?» She said no we can’t allow it, it’s company policy I just follow the rules. I said i wont walk back their if you can escort him we can wait for him.” She said it is no way possible. I asked if their was a manager and she said she was the manager. So I left didn’t spend a dime in their. Policy is policy but common sense business sense still has to have a place in today’s society. I don’t believe that I will ever knowingly spend another dollar at this location in Bowie or with Sports Zone as a corporation. Some people will get on here and say they have spent a lot of money with a company and really have not. This is not the case with me. I was spending money at this same locations before they change to their current model. I would not recommend anyone go to this location. It is a shame if you want service you have to go to Annapolis.
