As a first time homebuyer, Nancy made this process look so simple and easy. She spent time really listening to what I was looking for, and when I was ready she knew exactly which places to show. She was always super available and always answered all my questions (and there were a lot). When we did hit some bumps in closing and home inspections, she stepped up and made sure everything was fixed without me multiple times until it was done right. By the time I walked back in, we were ready to sign the papers. She always has your best interest in mind and will tell you the truth. On top of being a great agent, she really spent the time to get to know her clients and make you feel as comfortable as possible through the process. I can’t imagine how I would have done this without her.

We interviewed several agents before we found Nancy, and it was clear right away that she was the right person to help us sell our home. We’d lived in the house for 30 years and Nancy was sensitive to all of the emotions that go with parting with one’s longtime home. She shared our enthusiasm for the great aspects of the house but also gave us very sensible and savvy advice about steps that would help with the sale. She was supportive of our desire to get some of those things done ourselves and helped us hire professionals for others. She has a great network of local resources to draw on for the whole process but did not try to push anyone’s services.
We needed to be aggressive about the sale price in order to manage our next venture, and again Nancy’s advice was invaluable. We wanted an advocate who would represent our interests assertively while keeping our goals grounded in reality, and she maintained an excellent balance of both. She did the research necessary to help set a reasonable sale price, held well-​organized Open Houses and did a marvelous job emphasizing the positive points of the house. The house was under contract within weeks of going on the market, and she negotiated firmly, fairly and professionally to reach a deal that all parties were happy with.
From start to finish Nancy was highly competent, responsive (she always got back to us within the hour every time we contacted her) reasonable and professional. It’s a stressful process and her warm and friendly demeanor helped enormously. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate professional on either side of the table.

Nancy is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and humble people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
