My friends and I met Owner Michael at the south pearl street winter market this weekend, and it was the best part of the evening! He is extremely friendly and well versed in his wines. He let us try all 5 samples. The red sangria hot was the best but they are all delicious! Can’t wait to see the space in Boulder next time I am in town, and will for sure be buying a few bottles at our local store where they are sold! Love seeing creative unique small businesses with people that truly care to get to know customers! I’ll be a costumer for sure!

5 stars is not enough! The wine and sangria I was able to taste were excellent. I was not privileged to be in the tasting room but a local winter farmers market. The owners were so kind and took time to serve and chat with each person who came through for a free tasting. Every one was knowledgeable of each bottle and shared the many different ways the sangrias can be served. I had limited time but will be sure to drive to their Boulder, Colorado tasting room, which is a 64 mile drive from home, to be sure to sample all of their products and stock up. The decadent saint fire or ice sangria will be the greatest Christmas gift and because it is concentrated will last through to New Years celebration.

Prices are now $ 10 for 5 tastings and the sample sizes are very small compared to other tastings I’ve done. They have a good Syrahs and Muscat. I was not expecting the sangrias to be so good… both the red and white(actually yellow) were really different and good in their own ways. Very high alcohol content and has to be diluted, but one bottle was worth the $ 20 as it can stay for 2 – 3 months after opening. Downside was the cost of the other bottles, even though the wine was good they are way overpriced. The other disappointment was of the three tasting rooms in this strip only one, BookCliff, told us about the stamp card. If you do a tasting at all three you get a complimentary wine glass. We came back after finding this out, and the gal at the front didn’t seem to know anything about it, and then claimed she didn’t have any glasses for us so back to BookCliff we went.

One of the best winery in Colorado. The owners are the best ever, Caroline and Michael. They will take the time out to talk to you and talk to you about the wines. They have the BEST Decadent Saint Sangrias ever!!! Changed my whole experience of Sangrias. Best wine! Don’t leave Colorado without visiting this winery!!!

My family and I were out doing some wine tasting and this was our favorite stop. The owner, Michael Hasler, was so nice, he spent time talking with us and discussing the different wines. Kelsey, his assistant wad very nice as well. The wine selection was so unique and delicious. I would highly recommended stopping here on your wine tasting travels, my favorite was the mulled wine.

My family and I went for the first time today. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The wine selections are unique and delicious. This place is a breath of fresh air from your typical winery. I highly recommend their mulled wine. If you love wine, and good company, you need to go here. Actually, you should go here anyway to see for yourself. Oh, and make sure you try some of their chocolate too ;).

I’ve been for a tasting twice and had a wonderful experience both times. If you’re looking for a place with what I think of as «classic» wines(merlot, cabernet) those aren’t necessarily what this wine maker specializes in. However, if you are looking for incredibly complex, different wines, this is a great place. It is not what I would think of as a traditional tasting experience because of how different the wines are. The orange muscat is very different from what you’ll try anywhere else. It was my dad’s favorite and stuck out as a good pairing for spicier foods. The two that stuck out for me were the sangria and mulled wine. I would never have considered buying mulled wine before I came. Why buy something when you can make your own? However, this mulled wine is the absolute best ever, and I’ve bought several bottles by this point. Everyone I share it with is blown away. Rich flavors of chocolate, spices, deep and bold. The mulled wine and sangria are incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed several ways. The tasting experience was wonderful. Both times I met the wine maker(please forgive my inability to remember names) and it was wonderfully fun to hang out and try wines, even those I’d tried before. I’ve enjoyed giving What We Love my business.

Private parking lot shared with other businesses in the strip mall. Tastings were $ 5 each and you get around 8, I think, including Sangria three ways. My DH had been to this place shortly before opening and was very excited to bring me back. We finally made time to come in and were very glad to do so. The tasting room is small — and it is not a «winery» with grapes — but it was a clean, friendly setting. Wines were varied and interesting — the smelling of the wines is important, the flavors do not always match, although both were delightful and we felt it would be easy to pair with food or dessert. The sangria was done to a few different % — the 100% was more like a rich liquor — strong and sticky sweet and thick. It was very nice though and we look forward to our return to get some. The mulled wine should be heated to enjoy best — ask if they don’t offer. It is a chocolaty, rich, heady wine and worth savoring. The others were also good — I really liked the orange muscat which was not super sweet and very drinkable. They do have a bathroom available and you can bring your bike inside — there is water available. This is a nice place to come by on a weekend — get a bottle for a picnic or just enjoy the tasting and company.
