I have requested a return of my payment (year in advance) for over six months now and been informed many times that payment has been cleared, in October! This location is under new management who really cares about the customer! For those of us who have rented here for awhile it is a refreshing change to see the place so neat, clean and management working hard to accommodate tenants. I made two moves recently, to a larger unit and then added one and Caiden helped me get everything worked out seemlessly. He even suggested that they make a change to the material that protects the seal on the unit to protect my items from the snow.
