So at first I was going to order the pulled pork sandwich, but then I saw someone get the pork belly sandwich and changed my mind. I wanted something to share with my bf, so needed a large portion and the pulled pork sandwich was only on a hamburger bun. The pork belly sandwich was a dollar more, but it was hoagie style, and they had lots of pork belly on it! I’m glad I went with it because the flavor of the bacon was delicious. They did a great job curing and seasoning the smoked pork belly. I also got a small order of fries and they were some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seasoning on it was great too.

Fries. Are. Awesome! Crispy outside, salty, delicious every time! You gotta find them on facebook to track them down, but its worth the legwork. Their burnt ends are also amazing. I had never had them before but full of flavor and super tasty. Get the free pinch of slaw on the sandwich. It adds a little creamy and tangy to the bbq sauce.

Their sweet potato fries are delicious. Throw some brisket, sauce, and coleslaw on top of that and wow! It’s an amazing combo.

Great barbeque, fast service, reasonable prices. I had the beef brisket sandwich with spicey bbq sauce, a heaping portion of fresh cut fries, and their homemade cole slaw. Everything was great, and the service was fast and friendly. I will follow them wherever they go!

Delicious if you’re not into super-spicy food! The loaded fries are a HUGE meal, and the brisket is wonderful, smoky, never dry at all. Prices are typical of a food truck, but the portions are much larger than usual, so it’s a great deal!

Easily the tastiest BBQ in Boulder, and it’s all done out of a truck. I usually catch them right here in the hood at the Asher Brewing Tasting Room( ) on Thursday and Friday evenings. The western outpost of the famed Top of the Hill Grill in Brattleboro, Vermont( ), now provides Boulder with the recipes made famous out east. I usually get the ribs or the brisket sandwich, but TOHGW also has vegetarian options, including tofu and tempeh, as well as killer fries. You can nosh on the BBQ, and sit outside Asher drinking amazing organic microbrew at the most unpretentious spot in town. Asher and TOHGW are Boulder secrets, but not for long.
