Amazing job on my Q5! They detailed the interior and it looks brand new. I am picky and can’t find a flaw. I would highly recommend them and will be bringing all of our cars there from now on.

We purchased a used vehicle that was supposed to be detailed by the shop the dealership used, but when we got it back, it was obvious that it hadn’t even been vacuumed properly. We negotiated with the dealership and they put us in contact with The Works, Ltd.
When I called and spoke with Mike, he was professional and courteous promising to get the job done.
They had our van all day and when we went to pick it up, WOW! What a difference! It was even more obvious that the first detailing company hadn’t done anything at all.
Mike had taken pictures (which I forwarded to the dealership) of what had been left under the plastic parts of the vehicle. Disgusting. In the pictures, it was also clear how dirty and nasty the carpeting had been before The Works got a hold of the van!
Everything was clean and smelled… well, it smelled like a new car! I think they must make a spray for that! But it was everything I’d hoped for (and expected when purchasing a new used car).
They are not inexpensive, but honestly if you want the job done right, you should expect to pay for it! If you don’t care, then take and get a $ 40 jobbie done. Otherwise, get the best and take it to The Works!

Talking about going the extra mile for you! My 97 Firebird came out of there looking like glass. Michael made my car look showroom new. He is very detailed oriented and spends quality time on the vehicle. He’s got a great attitude towards his work and it shows! New to Boulder and looking for first class detail shop for my baby. They worked with me on a customized detail package that transformed the exterior to near factory perfection.

Took my Tacoma here that encountered an incident which required a cleaning to say the least (too long of a story). It was so bad that I didn’t know if I can ever love my beloved family Tacoma again and almost started contemplating if I just need to traded it in… but these guys ended up doing a fantastic job. Can’t believe how clean it became and very importantly it feels 5 years younger. I will start taking all my vehicles here for an annual rebirth. I mean the guys cleaned every single minute corner perfectly. Well worth it.

I was looking specifically for someplace to clean my engine compartment. They offered me such a reasonable price I had the exterior washed up while I had the truck in there. F350-​diesel crewcab. They did a great job in a couple hours while I relaxed at a coffee shop within walking distance.

These guys did such an awesome job. Couldn’t be happier. Had the inside of my car detailed and it feels like new. Will be back for the outside. I’ve been to other places in Boulder like Car Toys that spend tons of money on marketing and they don’t even come close to this quality of work. Highly recommend.

Mike and his team work miracles! I brought my lovely (but very used/​dirty) car here for an overall internal and external detail (including the engine) because I was selling it. I should have detailed it more often because they made it look so shiny and new and it was fun to drive around again (it even stayed clean through the winter’s first November snow). And, it was easier for me to sell in its sparkly-​clean condition. The price was reasonable for all the work that they did. They were able to get me in immediately (a day or two after I called) and they completed everything in one day. They also worked late that day, which fit really well around my work schedule (but I’m not sure if that is the norm). Thanks again guys! We would not hesitate to go back (with our other vehicle) or refer anyone else here.

I have a Mazda RX-​7 that needed the exterior detailed! There were a bunch of spots and oxidation, especially on the rear bumper/​hatch. Mike (owner) did a great job and brought my old paint 95% back to life. He was fast and his price reasonable. He also had different price ranges and would work with your budget. He also cleans interior as well. Some of the old school Porsches he was working on looked MINT!

I never thought it was even possible to have such a good experience getting a car detailed! Gave Mike at the Works a call after a used-​car buying debacle in which we ended up with a car that reeked of cigarette smoke. In their effort to de-​odorize the vehicle, the dealership set off multiple stink bombs, causing an even stronger chemical odor in the car. I called around to a few detailers, but I went with the Works because Mike was the only person who didn’t guarantee he could remove 100% of the odor, but promised to try his best. This struck me as honest, and after dealing with used car salesmen, honest was exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me for quite some time, first giving me a quote to run by the dealership, and helping me make my case by locating actual cigarettes under the front seats! Finally got my car in and Mike and his co-​worker spent HOURS steaming and re-​steaming the thing. They said the car off-​gassed so much junk that they both got nose-​bleeds later that evening! I definitely don’t think these guys needed to risk their health to clean my car, but they did. That’s how awesome they are! (But really guys, be careful). Our car was so much improved! It had years of smoke in it, and now we can barely smell it at all. Go see Mike at The Works– he’s the best!

Highly recommeded detail shop! Mike is very easy to talk to and work with. The interior detailing I got was absolutely worth the cost. I came here the day before I showed my car to its eventual buyer and I was very pleased with the result. They did a great job, and I’m sure I’ll be back!

I just moved to Boulder 3 days ago and had my Honda Civic delivered today. It came off the semi looking worse than ever with all kinds of salt and mud and grime on it. The delivery driver told me I had 24 hours to clean it and inspect it for damage. I immediately drove to the nearest gas station, where the car wash was closed due to cold weather and the attendant told me that my best bet was to «find a guy with a hose» to wash it for me.
Enter Mike. From the moment I read the ads posted here to the moment we spoke on the phone I felt completely certain that he would not only get my car cleaned at 7 PM on a freezing night in Boulder, but he would understand that my 2008 Honda Civic is important and not just another car to me. He took the time to wash the car by hand and helped me inspect it for damage done on the trip to Boulder. We then spent 20 minutes discussing what various detail packages could do for the car’s looks and longevity. Mike made me feel informed and capable of choosing the best option for my budget and needs (after all, it is a Honda Civic, not a Ferrari) and I am sure that I’ll be bringing the car back to him as soon as I can realistically do so. If you are considering Mike for any work to be done on any car, don’t hesitate. He’s an all around awesome and talented guy.

Truly a class craft that this shop bestowed on our families’ cars! We needed inside and outside detailing to properly show a classic and new car off with grace. The Works produced beyond expectation and went the extra mile for sure!
Worth every dollar. We will be return customers. Very trustworthy owner, no seedy vibe from him which unfortunately seems like the exception in the car world.

I’ve done multiple cars with this firm. Everything from full detail to headlight restoration. Excellent results at a decent price. The owner Michael is very passionate about the quality of work they do. I’ve only taken Priuses there but they seem to do a lot of Porsches, Tesla’s, Audi’s etc so don’t feel bad if you have a «regular» car. I like the fact that they don’t use a lot of chemicals, mostly steam clean. Their shop is a little hard to find… they are in the same building as Laughing Goat Coffee shop but on the complete opposite end (west side) of that super long building.
