I had the opportunity to visit the Tea Spot last week, and I had a great time. The staff is kind and passionate, and they sell a great product. I had not previously purchased their merchandise, but after trying it I’m never buying anything else! Definitely my new favorite tea supplier!

I haven’t visited them in their new location, but I loved them to pieces when they used to have a café just south of Pearl Street Mall.
Years later and I still love their teas, but now I order off their website. Some of my favorites are Bolder Breakfast and Thin Mint Green. They used to have this one called Coconut Pouchoung — oh, wow. Best thing ever! (And can you guys get it back?)
I also own, use, and adore a couple of their steepware gadgets, namely their Tuffy Tea Steeper and the Steep and Go. I’ve never had a problem with an order, but I’ve called them with questions and the customer service has been very upbeat and helpful.

High-​quality loose leaf tea and well designed steeping contraptions. They have a wide variety of teas, and I’ve tried a lot of them, but the Climber’s High is my favorite. The Tuffy + Climber’s High sample packet is a great travel combo. They also donate 10% of their profits to cancer wellness!
