Mr Pool

We had a circulation pump in the hot tub break in the middle of freezing cold weather. Our former (I say «former» because I won’t be using them anymore) hot tub repair company (IHT Denver) said they couldn’t come for week even though it was determined to be an emergency type situation. I had never used Mr Pool but contacted them. They spent time on the phone with me and then, despite being busy and booked, sent some over right away to analyze and fix the problem. The repair person (Mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of the quick response and customer service. Mr Pool will now be my go to hot tub service company.

We had the crew at Mr. Pool build us a custom spa (or hot tub, whatever you want to call it) last year and they did a bang up job. Finished spa came out to 100% of what we spec’d out originally and the crew was great about keeping us in the loop during construction.
We’ve had them out doing the maintenance ever since the install and they also do a great job keeping it tip-​top shape.
These guys are definitely professionals.

We gave all our specs to Mr. Pool over the phone for a broken pump, including spa make/​model/​year. They were certain they had the pump so we scheduled a time for them to come out and replace the broken pump. After taking off work, and waiting over a week for the service call, they came out looked at the spa for 5 mins and said the pump they had wouldn’t work and we would have to purchase one from the manufacturer.
We had the spa all opened for the tech so try to save installation time, but this didn’t matter because the pump they had wouldn’t work. We were charged $ 85 for 5 min and were never told that if they were not able to fix the pump we would still be charged for an hour. Because of this we ordered the pump from the manufacturer and had another company do the install. We understand some service calls are not free, but to assure us that the pump they had would work, and then still charge us an enormous fee when they couldn’t do the job is unprofessional and bad business. Just be aware of this when using them for spa services.
