Gastroenterology of the Rockies

I really liked this office. Every time I’ve called, the receptionists are incredibly kind. I’ve had to speak with the nurse a few times and she’s always been super nice and very helpful as well. They always call back when they say they will and they NEVER seem irritated that I’m calling to ask questions. The doctor forgot to provide me with a diet pamphlet when I left (and I spaced it) and they mailed it to me the next day with a nice note.
Dr. Karowe is incredibly kind, not dismissive of issues at all, and seemed very intelligent and thorough. He actually types out a treatment plan and they mail it to you so you have a summary of your visit and future plans for your care.
I think the biggest highlight of this office is the nurse, Alex. He was so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and positive. I was really nervous during my first visit, but he eased my anxiety and you could tell he was someone who was made to be a nurse/​medical assistant. I’d like to thank him for being so kind.
