Great place to get a massive slice of pizza on lunch for a fair price! They have a cool set up where you can take your pick from their rack of pizzas, and they throw your slice into the oven and you get a freshly cooked slice of pizza about 3 minutes later.

I found this place completely by chance, and fell in love immediately. The high notes are: excellent NY style pizza, warm, friendly, attentive and considerate service, wonderful ambiance, and a great place to relax while on vacation. The detailed version is, I was an extremely difficult customer. I had a wildly particular request — I was feeling adventurous and wanted to try anchovies on pizza, and asked what toppings they would recommend to go with it(Spinach, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese, which was utterly glorious). I also took up an entire booth by myself, stayed long after I finished eating working on my computer, spilled soda all over my table, and asked for particulars on how the public transit system here in Boulder worked. Throughout *all* of it, they never once made me feel anything but utterly welcome. I felt at home my first day in a strange city. I will be back.

Some people said this is the best place to get pizza, but I think it is overrated. Their pizza is decent, you get a huge slice of pizza for $ 3!

I work for a company that gets pizza delivered once a week and we always choose cosmo’s. Not only do they have the best customer service, Ben called one day that I forgot to put in the order and completely saved me, but they also have a huge variety. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone ordering for a large group of people or that just wants a quick slice.

Cosmos pizza is my favorite pizza place in Boulder, huge slices, the spicy ranch is amazing. The reason I only give it three stars is because the employees do not follow health codes. DONOTORDER A SALADHERE! I have seen them handle cash and then go straight to making salads without washing their hands. That being said, I’m not going to stop going here the pizza gets put in the oven so I don’t have to worry about germs. But, cosmos really needs to step up there game on cleanliness.

They screw my order and make me wait almost half hour for few slices… I was expecting apology … They don’t care at all … Instead they gave me bad attitude. It’s a shame since I used to go this place a lot and I was generous tipper…

The oven was broken. The bottom was vastly overcooked and the outter crust was white, not golden brown. I was offered a $ 5 credit(on a pizza that cost $ 16. I gave 2 stars because order taker was OK. Won’t Be back, Save your money.

If they had a minus one star this would be the assholes to give it to, although the pizza is good, the ranch dressing is bomb, the staff here are such rude bastards it’s not worth the hassle! The girls are all nice but the guys who work here are rude rude, they treat you like they are doing you a favor for you bringing your business to them, the manager is super dick! Don’t bother w a compliant cause he dont give a shit, and will tell you so! And the drivers omg, what douches, everyone of them has the loudest bass and rice burners where the eff are we Los Angeles no… and if you are trying to be an incognito stoner, why do you need the loudest stupidest car to draw every eye to your car, what did you not get enough attention from your parents, now you have to solicit attention at all times, from the entire world? Grow up, grow a pair, and stop peacocking around, super unattractive, fucking 5 year olds w a license… scary. You morons give a bad name to stoners, move back to wherever you came from, please!!!

This location will not be getting my business again, and it certainly should not get yours either. The blatant health code violations on display made me throw my food out after purchasing it. There were about five employees behind the counter, each performing various roles. There were zero gloves in use, which is fine, as long as people are very careful about proper hand washing, basic sanitary habits, and not doing things like taking money and preparing food in the same act. Apparently Cosmos employees are not the careful type. At least four of the employees were eating while preparing the meals and dough. Hands were going into mouths to shove in gummy worms, and employees were chewing over the buckets that they were stirring. At one point I thought a gummy worm was going to drop into the food. One employee was checking her phone and then returning directly to the line, while two employees were using a dubious technique of holding paper towels over their mouths to protect them from flour(I’m guessing). It’s convenient having a paper towel over your mouth when you have the sniffles, as this allows you to cough liberally into your hand and towel without interrupting your work flow. One girl in particular was taking advantage of this, much to my dismay. After witnessing this orgy of health violations, I threw my pizza in the trash. I eat pizza at a minimum 15 days a month. Throwing out pizza goes against everything I believe in — I would eat pizza off the floor of Dominos before eating a slice that came across that counter. If there was a manager on duty, he or she should be fired, and all employees should be required to attend Servsafe classes. This is how illness spreads. The responsibility falls directly on management, since literally every employee on shift was in open violation of some health code. You could not pay me to eat here.

I had this restaurant described to me as ‘y’know, college pizza’ so I really wasn’t expecting much. It was 2 pm, I hadn’t eaten at all yet, but didn’t want to eat a lot, so I thought I’d order ‘just a slice’ of their meat lover’s. I thought it was a bit pricy for a slice and a soda, but then my order came up. The paper plate was not big enough for what was on it! Definitely required two hands, or folding in half. I would have considered it two slices of an extra large pizza, so I think I got my money’s worth. The crust was crisp without being hard, which is hard to accomplish. The place was clean and bright, and the workers were singing along with the music that was playing, so overall it was a very nice atmosphere. They have a counter height community table and another soloing it counter, all of which were ridiculously high. It’s been a very long time since I’ve sat at a table that came up above my chest!

Extremely poor customer service and driver gps service/directions are not correct. After a handful of incorrect orders and cold pizza due to lost drivers, we’re calling it quits on Cosmos. The managers really should learn how to be better business people.

The best spicy ranch in town, maybe ever. And darn good pizza too! The crust is both sweet and salty and floury fresh. The sauce has just the slightest kick of spicy And you can’t be the price or convenience; slices all night long and past midnight too!

Ordered a pizza at 6:35pm & was promised delivery in 60 minutes. It didn’t arrive for 1 hour &15 minutes & then I wasn’t even offered a discount for the 3 cold pizzas that were delivered. I couldn’t even tell that they pizzas had been sliced as they were fused back together. I do NOT recommend this place & feel ripped off. If they can’t deliver in the time they allot, then change your promise or lower the price. There are options that would have delivered in time.

I used to really like Cosmos pizza, especially because I always consumed it at 1AM after a night of drinking. And it’s pretty delicious at 1AM. On a sober night of ordering calzones, however, it is not so much. The calzones had waaaay too much ricotta in them, and no sauce. Each calzone also took up a medium sized pizza box — so I’m pretty sure they just folded a sauceless pizza in half and stuffed it with cheese. Never ordering those again, but the pizza is still alright. Plus there is spicy ranch. Never underestimate spicy ranch.

My newly moved friends from Chicago who now live here say that Cosmos is the best they’ve had in Boulder. While I can’t comment on that, I can truly say that this place would be run-of-the-mill in Chicago. I know, I am a total pizza snob. But hey, I speak the truth here. I ordered delivery on a Thursday afternoon. It took over an hour to recieve after calling, and the place was only a couple miles from my friend’s place… A bit long of a wait, but I’ll cut a little slack considering the stoplights in Boulder TAKEFOREVER to change!!! OK so it’s kind of like a NY style pie, not crispy cracker thin and certainly no where near our beloved Chicago pies. My biggest issue with Cosmos, I am a sausage pizza kind of guy. I ordered the supreme. All the other ingredients were fresh and tasty(hence the 3 star rating). However, the sausage was funky, almost like a sliced Italian or Polish sausage. Just not my thing. I’ve had a million other kinds of sausage on my pizza in the past, but Cosmos sausage was just odd. I still ate pizza, but I had to take off the sausage. If this is the best za in Boulder, I will stick to burgers, wings or just load up on pineapple upside down pancakes and burritos at Snooze!!!

The only time I would recommend anyone going here is when it’s the middle of the night, you’re hungry, and have no other options for pizza. The pizza is mediocre at best and the customer service is just plain awful and frankly nonexistent. From the multiple times I’ve been here I’ve always felt that the employees are super arrogant and rude to their PAYING customers. The joint is always untidy and messy. The last time I ate here there was hair in my pizza!

Not quite 7 – 11 pizza but pretty damn close. Greasy and mushy are how I describe this odd pizza. It’s soft crust is definitely weird for a Chicago native. In fact all my friends here from the east coast and all my friends who have visited me from Chicago ask«Wheres a pizza place? What’s Cosmos.» I dont want to take them there because the pizza only good if your drunk and the one by Williams Village is usually overflowing with drunk freshmen. The pizza is super inconsistent. Some days is greasy mush, sometimes it’s overlooked. Rarely is it on point. Cosmos is getting three stars because tonight it was a ok. Delivery– is slow as piss and you’ll get near cold pizza. So don’t do it. Do take out.

The Good: Best pizza in Boulder. Huuuuge slices, bigger than your face, bigger than your plate! Fast, casual & inexpensive. Grab a slice(on 30th& Baseline or on the Hill, and they also deliver whole, humongous pizzas. The Bad: Sometimes the pizza is a bit undercooked or inconsistent, but for the most part, they’ve got their system & recipes down! The Food: Best pizza in Boulder! I’ve been eating Cosmo’s my entire life and it’s always awesome. No other pizza anywhere compares. I love the pepperoni and even though the slices are humongous, I always order a Hawaiian or tomato-basil also because they’re so good! The Service: No service, order at the counter. Bring your waterbottle & fill it at the orange cooler, grab a free newspaper and don’t forget Parmesan & red chilis! Overall: Best. Pizza. Ever. I adore Cosmo’s!!!

I don’t think their phone number should include«FAST» for delivery, but it’s always vey fast if you pick up or dine in. It’s cheap and delicious, but definitely its own kind of pizza. Huge slices with very thin and flexible crust. You can’t get Cosmos without spicy ranch! If you go to the one on the Hill you can order beer :).
