Classic Property Management

I have dealt with several property management companies in my life and have never had problems except for with Classic. They have proven to be extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Far too many examples to list, but to name a few: called their «emergency #» on a Sat due to sewer backup in multiple units and was literally told «what do you want me to do about it?» So I ended up doing the guys job and taking care of the problem myself. Why even have an «emergency #» if that is your attitude? Another issue is they make up rules as they go, and then try to FINE people for supposed violations when the ‘rule” doesn’t even exsist. As far as knowledge of construction that is laughable as well. They don’t know anything! In conclusion I have found them to be the absolute WORST. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for property management to AVOID this company at all cost!
