Great staff. The business manager/​eye glass/​contact specialist, Staci went out of her way to make certain I was happy with my glasses. She always responded promptly and got back with me ASAP whenever there was a question.

Easily my best eye exam & glasses-​buying experience ever. I lost my glasses and had an important trip out of the country less than a week away. They got me an exam the next day and helped me find a set of glasses (that I really like) that they could have ready for me in a rush. They called the lens provider then and there to make sure they could have exactly the options I wanted in my prescription in time for the trip, etc. The exam itself was painless (and I have sensitive eyes and usually hate eye exams — esp. the glaucoma test) and all the staff was super friendly and helpful.
