This is out-of-business and has been demolished to build townhouses. It has not existed in over a year. Permanently closed; it was in the bulldozed Boulder Outlook Hotel. Horrible service, awful food. Not one person in Boulder misses this dump, now razed.

It’s a shame the service was so horrible here. :(We came to see an amazing blues band tonight(which was so great!) but the difficulty with our waitress and the bad service really distracted from the otherwise awesome evening here. The food was ok. I want to come back in the future to hear blues bands play, but ugh I hesitate because the food and service is such a pain. I guess I could always eat somewhere else beforehand.

I would give this place NO stars, but the people with whom I went made it a decent evening. Firstly, they messed up my mother’s entrée(fried instead of grilled chicken) which seems to have made the rest of our food sit around for awhile. They did not«re-do» the other entrees, so when they came out they were borderline cool, almost cold. I got the«Vegan Burger» as people said it was good. ITWAS A FROZENPATTY, not homemade and not fresh at all. It was burnt and had obviously sat around for awhile as it was chewy and crunchy. I got a «side» of Onion Rings and they brought the full tower of rings(said, «we don’t do sides, so this is all we have», even though the waitress said«sure»!) and the rings were not hot and were almost cold too. The fries with my burger were definitely cold too. After they finally got my mom’s entrée right, she thought it was not very tasty at all. Some of my family did like what they got, but I HATED it and it was awful. At least I can make a frozen veggie patty at home properly, but this was outrageous and it was 9 bucks! For vegetarians, DONOT get the veggie burger here, it sucks. Even if mine was not burnt, it was simply a Morningstar Farms-like burger, so make it yourself at home, you’ll be much better off.

This is my fourth stay at the outlook hotel and I mainly stay here for blues & greens restaurant. It is just a really cool funky blues bar with good food. Great music and a friendly atmosphere. Hard to explain but the place has a super welcoming vibe.

Not sure why Blues & Greens isn’t listed under«bars» but it’s the bar which I am reviewing. This place has a fair number of interesting beers on tap and the bartenders are friendly enough. Make sure to go on a night when it’s open band night and you might be surprised by some of the local talent. This is not a place for the 30& under crowd… more like the mid-40& older crowd — not that there’s anything wrong with that :-)

The food offered here is awful. I can only imagine that the other reviewer has no taste buds. Honestly, how difficult is it to make a chicken salad sandwich taste good? This was beyond tasteless and it took their kitchen well over 20 minutes to get it out and on the table. And, we were the only diners, at the time. While they do a very decent breakfast set-up, there are way too many carbs offered and the lighting is so dim it’s almost funereal. Must Miss This Place

Stopped in for dinner the other night because their vegan burgers are literally worth driving across town for. Seriously. Just by chance, a cheerful, upbeat, and immensely talented band called the Clam Daddys were playing. What fun! I met the owners(2 brothers) of the hotel; they are very nice and seemed to also be enjoying the Clam Daddys. Honestly, it was such a simple peaceful experience to just come here and dine solo, after the last experience. Just when I was counting my blessings, though, a friend showed up and sat down. It was okay though. But maybe I am saying too much. Time will tell. If you get over to Blues and Greens, try their food. It is seriously good.
