Gluten free crust is from Wild Oats, so it’s delicious. Woohoo for gf pizza in the neighborhood!

Yay! I am a pizza snob… as far as I’m concerned, the only edible slice in Colorado is at Pulcinella’s in Lafayette, or maybe Sun Deli… But the thing that only Pizzeria Locale and Pizzeria DeLupo seem to realize is the importance of the crust! Audry Jane’s has mastered the incredibly thin crust, the sauce, the cheese, the pepperoni and the huge greasy slices, I can’t wait to go back… I just wish the crust had actual FLAVOR. It shouldn’t just be a great textured vehicle for the rest of the ingredients, it is the most important part, in my opinion, and should only be made with Caputo flour… But like I said, I can’t wait to go back anyway, not only for more pizza(try it with their hot honey drizzled on it), but for these amazing meatballs I keep hearing about! The homemade bread is beautiful and the Strombolis look so yummy!!! Thank you Audry Jane for finally giving us a great slice!!!

I have only been to Audrey Jane’s for NY style slices. I have been in Boulder for decades and have had slices at all the great places and not so great places around town. Audrey Jane’s sets itself apart with Hand-Pinched Sausage! So many places serve a some kind of «some kind» of sausage. Not Audrey Jane’s! Any self respecting slice lover who goes to the garage will realize this when they get there. The sauce and pie dough rock. Get any one of the fresh toppings they offer with Hand-Pinched Sausage and you will likely find yourself returning to this lil slice of Boulder !

Let me tell you why I want to kick them out of my hood… Like most meatball sub aficionados, I have never been described as dainty or soft, so thank God what just happened… happened in my kitchen. Reminiscing on how the first time I had a slice from here reminded me of awesome East coast pie, I decided to stop in for a meatball«grinder» and a handy slice of cheese with a bubbled crust while I waited(I’m powerless when a bubble is on display). Strategically I saved half of the«grinder» for later. Working late, oddly enough, «later» just happened… all over my kitchen! Smelling the SUB in the toaster from my office around the corner, I got up to eat yet another evening meal at my desk. Glass of wine in hand and phone ringing, a deadline looming, and a savory Sub in the other hand I had a momentary lapse of coordination. In slow motion I realized I only had 2 hands. I couldn’t handle the dozen things going on in my head, much less the 3 priorities in the physical world, with just 2 hands and a cluttered brain… As I partially forsook the phone and fully forsook the wine in one hand, I watched the meatball SUB, oddly held near vertically, cause the meatball shrapnel from the sub-halving and the first, whole, glorious, leftover meatball to desperately to cling to the wavering hand-made roll as it swung back and forth. While I desperately tried to «keep the ice cream in the cone» I Christened my kitchen… and the phone… with the… you guessed it… the wine… Oddly I don’t blame the sandwich. Instead as things settled down as I sat, covered in wine on the floor, I thought, «what would happen if I did drop the meatball…» , Answer– I’da definitely cried a bit and maybe peed a little too. So kick ‘em out of the neighborhood or there’ll be a sad guy in stretched-out, pee-stained, sweatpants wandering around!

I used to eat pizza occasionally, until Audrey Jane’s Pizza Garage opened. I have found myself there weekly since the opening, never disappointed in the delicious, gourmet, fresh-ingredient pizza with the best crust ever and friendly, welcoming staff and environment. It is hard to say which one is my favorite – maybe the Green Mountain but I also like some of the red sauce crusts that taste of fresh tomatoes. The salads are fresh and delicious as are the dressings, and the meatball grinder is to die for comfort food. This is the only pizza, with its wonderful chewy Sicilian crust, that compares with that I had in Volterra, Italy, that used to be the one I considered the best ever. Price points are totally reasonable considering the generous quality ingredients and size of portions. Much cheaper than Nick n Willy’s and better pizza than Pizza Locale and Basta. Ice cream sandwiches for dessert a treat, as well. Gluten free tastes great too; Audrey is a master of her trade. I usually eat at the Pizza Garage, but sometimes bring the pizzas to Bronco game gatherings and for happy hours at my home and have the slices cut smaller. Divine!

Love it!!! Fresh ingredients! Beautiful food. Delicious!!! YUM!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very family friendly. Kids high chairs available. Pizza dough was given to all the kids in our group to play with during the meal. My daughter LOVED the meatballs! My son LOVED the pizza. I loved the kale salad(you have to try it!!!) All the kids loved the soft serve ice cream for dessert. Super reasonable food for HIGH quality tasty food and amazing service. Can’t wait to go again!!!

Awesome!!! I have been meaning to go here since they opened, but finally made it there tonight. I loved their New York style pizza. I lived in NYC for 6 years and really miss a good new york style pizza here in Colorado and I am glad they are so close by. We had the Green Mountain(veggie)… super solid. I didn’t find it overpriced. They are not cheap, but I wouldn’t say it was more expensive than other options. Da Lupo is much pricier.

This review is exclusively about their deep dish pizza, but sadly the lack of quality deep dish pizza in Boulder remains. For $ 25, I hoped to get a loaded pizza, but it was mostly dough with not nearly enough cheese or toppings to balance it out. It was also barely cooked, so when I got home I treated it like a frozen pizza and put more cheese and spices on it and cooked it more in the oven to make it hot and brown the cheese. BJ’s pizza is the only reasonable deep dish in Boulder since Papa Romano’s closed.

Excellent pizza and really great customer service. Great addition to the neighborhood for sure. Only request is to have additional sizes. There are no large pizzas in the traditional style. Add some sizes and you have a hit!

Some of the best pizza in Boulder. Huge slices and completely reasonable prices. My husband and I came for dinner one night and enjoyed a pizza, huge salad, and a drink for about $ 25. For how large the pizzas are and the quality I’m not sure you can beat this in Boulder even from local delivery spots such as Brooklyn or Abos. Different style and vibe than places like Basta or Locale, but The pizza garage is not trying to be on of those places either. Rather the pizza garage is a casual neighborhood place that you feel Comfortable in for a meal out or to just grab something quick. We have been in at least five times now and tried quite a few of the items. My preference of for the thinner style pizza, but the thicker Sicilian style is tasty too! Love the spinach salad, meatballs were delicious, and I am obsessed with the cherry tarragon soda. SO glad Boulder finally has a quality pizza place that is also casual and easy! We clearly will be back for more!

My husband picked up a slice for me so this is a good only review. I had the pepperoni pizza for lunch today, and I have to say I liked the chewy crust. The slices are huge, and I think it’s a solid price. I love pizza and I didn’t finish my slice. 3.75 for that is not a bad deal. The pepperoni was small diameter and thicker(which my brother adores). Personally, I thought it was good but a bit oily(maybe from the thick pepperoni), which is not my cup of tea, but I can see other people digging it. The ingredients are clearly quality, and it’s nice to see that in a restaurant. I’ll definitely head over sometime to try a different pie.

Tried this for the first time yesterday as we were excited to have a pizza place back in the neighborhood. My family, particularly my kids really enjoyed the pizza. I just can’t get behind the high prices for pick up pizza. While we liked it better than Abo’s(which is what I would compare it to) we probably won’t be getting our pizza from here too often.

Long Island pizza snob here, and YUM! Thank you for bringing really good pizza to North central Boulder. I agree with other reviewers here in all aspects. Some of the best pizza in town(Locale is great too, but different in style and food mood), but the price is a bit steep. What price do you put on pizza perfection though?

I’ve been excited since hearing this was opening. I miss the pizza I used to get at Moes. Got a chance to go in tonight, and I’m a little perplexed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the shop was clean and the pizza was tasty. But, the prices are a bit absurd. I over heard another table with a similar sentiment. Currently, they’re charging premium prices for pizza on paper plates from a gas oven with plastic forks. I paid almost $ 30 for 1 pizza(14 inch), 1 small salad and 1 can of San Pellegrino. The pizza is on on par with Proto’s, probably the closest competition. Despite the similar price, it is decidedly a step down in quality compared to Basta and Locale. I’m not sure I’ll go back unless prices come down, which is unfortunate as I enjoyed the pie and convenient location.

Yum!!! Great menu. We had the both a gluten free and regular pizza. Both delicious with super fresh ingredients. I agree with the other reviewer who said it’s pizza made with heart. Loved the salads too. Enthusiastic, helpful staff. Can’t wait to go back!

Best pizza in Boulder, no doubt. Real, authentic, satisfying healthy salads! Soft serve ice cream for dessert! And a very cool new organic soda machine!!! I am a Eastcoast pizza lover and this is by far the best pizza I have found in Boulder!

I was lucky to go to this pizza restaurant when it was offering free pizza among other fantastic things. I was able to taste the prosciutto pizza along with the spicy salami. The flavor and texture is on point. You can buy pizza and you can buy pizza made with heart. This is the kind of pizza I will come back to. It is reminiscent of the pizza I have had in Germany and Spain. Refined and perfected ingredients. The soda machine has a bomb set of soda names if you’re ready for that trip on sugar. I mixed black cherry with root beer and was more than pleased with the combo. Interested in dessert?! They have FLOATS, my brothers and sisters. If you are a regular simpleton like myself, they have cones for vanilla, chocolate, and twist ice cream(or custard, creamees, etc however you call it) They offer a gluten free option for four dollars($ 4.00) more. I believe they also state ‘vegetarian’ substitution. I will be back for more!
