They came an exterminated the rodents in my garage really quickly, were easy to do business with, and really helpful! They’ve given me lasting results and great tips for helping keep my home pest-free. Great company!

I’m totally shocked by the bad reveiws of this company. The gentleman that came to where I live was very thorough, friendly and helpful. I live in an apartment, and had a problem with pesky, biting bugs. Fortunately the problem was totally taken care of, I was also having people over a couple days later. I would use them again if need be with out hesitation.

This exterminator was hired by my apartment complex in Mountain View, CA to get rid of bed bugs in our apartment. I must say, the whole process we went through with this company was one of the worst of my life. They treated our place 5 times and still didn’t get rid of the bugs. All the while, they made us bag up our entire apartment(totally unnecessary) and they told us to wash every item of clothing and any other item that could be washed. In fact we did this twice(also totally unnecessary)! What a nightmare! We were living out of bags for a month and a half. When the bugs were not going away, my husband called to get some info on what more we could do. The secretary said we were not allowed to talk to the exterminators and that we needed to talk to our apartment manager. Apparently, they thought the best solution to customers yelling at them, was to just not talk to them. What bad business. We were really frustrated, considering the fact that we were paying our complex for the treatments and then the complex paid the exterminators. It was also frustrating because different exterminators came each week and it felt like we were starting from scratch again. They gave our apartment manager a small report after each treatment, but that didn’t explain what they found, or what we need to do. Communication was very poor. We wanted to get rid of our wood bed, but they kept telling us not to because we would spread the bugs or not get rid of them fully. Bogus! There whole pay structure is set up so that they gain when the bugs come back. You just pay each week they come. We also didn’t get much sympathy or felt like we were really listened to. Most people have never had this problem before and are clueless about it. It would be nice to have an exterminator walk you through what to do and what to expect. They definitely didn’t do that well. After we didn’t have success with the treatments, we decided to treat it ourselves. There are some great websites out there and products that are cheap, but effective. You also don’t have to live out of bags(FYI the bugs never really leave the area near the bed). We used diatomacious earth D powder and got rid of our bed. It worked and we have been bed bug free for 3 months now! If you are going through this, don’t hire an exterminator. Check out and follow the simple videos to know what to do. It is possible to get rid of yourself and have control over your own home without having to be ripped off by an exterminator.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I dont like to give bad reviews but the experience I had was that bad. I am a landlord and 2 of my tenants had bedbugs infestations. They wanted to inspect the entire 8 units which i agreed would be reasonable to ensure the problem doesn’t come back. Per Cal American, I expected a call 30 minutes prior to them arriving in which they called me after they already inspected the 2 unit where the tenants happened to be home. My co-worker got to the property within 20 minutes of there call and they only inspected 1 additional unit and only treated 1 unit. They didn’t inspect the other infested unit because they said they were running behind or the 4 other units they wanted to inspect originally or the laundry room. I asked them to contact the tenant in the unit that wasnt treated and they was against company policy. The tenant in the untreated unit hadn’t received any attention for a week and per company policy, they only treat each side of town once a week. They told me they wouldn’t go out for an additional week in which I called another company. No one if the office was communicating with the technicians. The company was very unprofessional and had no regard for our tenants and acted as if I was in the wrong for their bad service.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, I’d like to state that I did not hire this company. They were contracted by the apartment complex I live in for a bedbug problem that I ended up going to a mediation with my landlords for. It was there at that mediation that I actually saw the invoices for the six times the exterminators came into my apartment to spray. First of all, these guys are bald-faced liars. They wrote on the invoice that I hadn’t cleaned out my linen closet, which had never been mentioned to me that it needed to be done at all until the second to last time they came in. I stand convinced that they didn’t mention it initially or any of the other five times that they sprayed because it was a fine excuse to charge my landlord more money and make it look like it was my fault. They also said on several invoices that my small dresser adjacent to my bed had not been emptied per their instructions, which is a total crock. I cleaned that thing out with haste after their initial inspection, namely because one of the inspectors OPENEDONEOFTHEDRAWERSWITHOUTASKINGPERMISSIONFIRST. You’re in a girl’s room and there’s only one small dresser. Wouldn’t it stand to reason that that’s where she keeps her underwear? Seriously unprofessional. They’d come in every Thursday to spray for six weeks and every time they looked at me completely baffled that their initial spray didn’t work or that I was still getting bitten. On their invoices they had the brass to say that they didn’t have any physical evidence of there being more bugs. I found several, not to mention the multiple bites I was receiving. But again, they sprayed so they could bill an extra hundred or so bucks and have a reason to come back next week, where they’d charge again. If I had any say, this place would never be allowed anywhere near any place I lived. I’d almost rather have the bedbugs.
