Formerly Eddie Ranch, the property was bought by a new owner in 2011. My wife’s family has had at least one horse here her entire life. The Eddie’s story is a sad one, but it seems selling the property worked out the best for everyone involved(most importantly the horses). The place has had a LOT of work done since being sold, including completion of the owner’s house overlooking the stables(which was just a stick frame for many years). It’s not the finest stables in the Bay Area, but definately affordable and much better than what it was. Convenient location on Bear Creek Road just five minutes out of Boulder Creek. Seems to be headed in the right direction.
