Never had any interest in eating at at Wendy’s until I tried this salad, chicken pecan apple salad. The best tasting salad, healthy and $ 5! Finally, a healthier lunch alternative!

I usually come here at night. Every time I’ve come here the staff has been kind. Once I came back in to ask for more onions on my burger but instead of giving some onions they made a whole new burger. They also don’t ever mind when I ask for onions.

Wendy’s one of my favorite chains. I love getting a Baconator(no mayo) fresh off the grill. I first stopped at this place last Summer and it was a mess. Ordered a Dave N Juicy double with NOTHINGBUTBACONANDCHEESE. And I got one loaded with everything but bacon and dripping in mayo. Mayo does not belong on burgers. Mustard does not belong on burgers. If you put mayo on, I can’t taste anything else. That include special sauce or whatever you choose to call it. I called and spoke to manager and they said it was a new crew and they had just taken over the place. OK fine I let it go. Went through again. Same order. Same result ! Anyway the good news is they’ve gotten better since then. Lately I haven’t gotten order errors. They’ve gotten it right. Unfortunately I do get food that’s made up in advance(even during busy peak times). So I always order my things with special requests. I want my baconator with no mayo and my martini shaken and stirred. Got that ? Then you get a fresh sandwich but no martinis. They don’t sell those.

Golly, what can I say? This place is terrible ! I waited in line almost 15 minutes. Then I had to repeat my order to the cashier three times. I see the problem, they are doing one order, from start to finish. In other words, after I give my order and pay, the cashier assembles my order, instead of taking the next order, to keep it moving. If this is a training store they should say so, otherwise fire and the manager

Food is typical of Wendy’s. The challenge with this location is their attention to detail. Specifically, that there is very little of it. I have lived near here for 3 years now and I am yet to get what I ordered on even a single trip. If something isn’t missing, then something is made wrong. I give them a chance every month or two but when we feel like Wendy’s for dinner we usually drive 3x the distance to another Wendy’s that can get it right. I recommend going somewhere else.

I think the old, mean manager is gone, and there seems to be a new crew running this store. Sadly, the dollar menu has been destroyed — there are only 5 things you can get for $ 1 now, none of them are really worth that! They seem like they are going the way of Burger King — $ 8 Burger Combos is rediculous. Don’t waste your time on the survey — you can’t use the $ 2 on Combos :(

NOPE! Found a HUGE chunk of hair in my salad. Huge balled up piece of hair buried DEEP in my salad. Totally sick to my stomach, I saw a small piece of hair, pulled it out and it kept going… disgusting, huge hair ball! Never coming back here. Totally GROSS!!!

I’d love to leave ZERO stars, or, negative stars for this inept Wendys! I don’t often go to Wendys, and, maybe this joint is why. I’ve had screwed up orders here before, but, I always forget how bad it is… never again. I was there a month or so ago, in drive up. So slow & horrible food. The chicken sandwich which was supposed to have bacon strips had more like bacon BITS on it, which seemed like the bottom of the barrel was scraped to gather enough. Ick. My hubby’s burger was disgusting as well. The food was so disgusting, in fact, that I sent in a complaint with the transaction number & website listed on the receipt. I got an email from someone who was supposedly the Wendys manager. It was written in the worst English I’ve ever seen, and, with no capitalized letters or punctuation. Unreal! I’ll skip Wendys altogether from here on out because this just left me feeling BLECK about Wendys in general!

I have never set foot in this establishment, so my review is of the drive through only. The two window approach for drive-through service needs some work. The staff is quick to take your cash at window one, but you will sit for extended periods of time while listening to the kitchen staff joking back and forth. Much of the conversations that I’ve overheard would not have been out of place in a locker room, or after work. There is a genuine lack of professionalism in the staff that I have dealt with.

Left out an item from my order, and the food was wrapped in a sloppy fashion(pieces of lettuce stuck to the wrapper). Failure to pay attention to these basic things makes me question their whole kitchen hygiene approach. Get your burger fix someplace else.

Typical Wendys. Not nearly as bad as the previous reviewer thought, my service was fine. It’s fast food… depending on who you get that day the service is likely to vary greatly. My only complaint was the awful fries, but that may be Wendys in general(I don’t go there much). The burger was awesome, though.

OHMYGOD. This place has the slowest, most inept service I think I have ever seen. There were two people ahead of us in line and it took us over 20 minutes to finally get to the counter, order our food, and actually receive our meals. The line behind us when we finally sat down was almost out the door. Fast food, this is NOT.
