I would not come here unless you are obligated to. i.e. You’re a UW Bothell or Cascadia student. Even in some circumstances, I would say you’re better off just renting textbooks– I’m still bitter for paying $ 200+ on a biochemistry book that they just«decided» not to buy back. Grrr. Reasons being: The hours are iffy and change so it’s best to check the website, you most likely have to pay parking(metered is cheapest if short-term!), their book selections are catered to the average student so it’s not quite the bookstore you browse through, and it’s kinda hard to find unless you actually go to school there. If you’re looking for general reading materials, I HIGHLY recommend the Seattle store because you get reimbursed parking, a better selection, and a more fulfilling experience all around. If you go to UWB or Cascadia, you’re kinda stuck with this bookstore since they don’t supply UWB books at the Seattle store(which makes sense, but somehow I was convinced they might have my books –__-).

I had never been to University Book Store before entering this location. It doesnt set itself too much apart from Barnes and Noble other then this location is fairly small and most books are really expensive. They do also carry some art supplies and other office products that are specialty items and are again overpriced.
