TOS Tires and Wheels

I had a flat and ended up needing two new tires. I called and then showed up just as they were closing. I received excellent customer service and I’m sure the price can’t be beat. I’ll be back!

I don’t know if it is as good as it gets but I am definitely a huge fan of TOS tires and wheels in Bothell. Lets be honest. The only reason I went here is because they offered credit to me when nobody else would. It turned out to be a great experience. I dealt with Oliver. I had called around to many places and I chose TOS because when I called them Oliver was incredibly professional and polite. Very respectful. Others places weren’t so much. I ended up getting tires and wheels, both new, for my Mercedes ML350. 20″ so I did have to wait a day for the tires to be ordered and delivered. I was in the shop a long time but only because Oliver took the time to meticulously clean my tire sensors because I didn’t want to spend 240 $ to replace them. He was hopeful that the cleaning would work. So far, so good. He could of told me they needed to be replaced and not knowing anything about that, I would of said yes, but he was honest and as I said before, spent a long time cleaning them. I have no idea how the service would be if I have a problem. There is a great warranty on the tires and TOS couldn’t do an alignment but Oliver insisted that I have that done within a week or so of my purchase and he apologized about not doing that in their shop. I did have that done, at Firestone, and as a side note it was a horrible experience there. I have already highly recommended this place to friends and family. Anybody looking for tires and /​or wheels at a good price should definitely give this place a try. They also have a store in Lynwood. As far as the selection of wheels, they have a huge selection plus many catalogs to look through and they can order up anything you desire. Again, I highly recommend this place. And Oliver, if you see this, you are awesome. Thank you again for such a great experience. But, do something about the heat in your showroom… It was cold in there. :)

I bought a set of rims and tires off Oliver at tos wheels in Bothell and got the 5 star treatment. Prior to that I had a flat tire and I needed to get around he lent me a tire to use and even mounted it on my car until the rims and tires came without hesitation. I haven’t even gave him cash for the set yet but treated very well and is very courteous. Anytime I had a problem with my tires on my vehicle or my other vehicles I would always go to him because I want to keep doing business with a guy that treats me right and give me a good price. Awesome service and great prices! They beat Costco’s price by almost $ 100 and the install was quick and professionally done. Highly recommended!

These guys are always honest and straight forward. Not to mention that they have a great selection of used tires for all cars.
I like to think of this place has half sports bar and half tire shop.

I just left this place after purchasing a tire. I wish I knew the guy’s name, but he had very good customer service. I would recommend this location to anybody.

The tire store seems to be set up to serve a young, urban customer with EZ-​credit tire purchase payment plans and wheel styles that are straight outta Compton and definitely aimed at the young urban market. As such it’s the not traditional tire buying experience an old guy like me was interested in, but good for them if they’ve found a niche.
