I had a 6-​month subscription for the Seattle times. During that time 1⁄3rd of the papers were either destroyed because they were left in the rain in the driveway, or the papers weren’t delivered at all. Each time I called I received a generic apology and was told they were adding time to the end of the subscription to make up for it. A month ago I spoke with one of their managers who said no time was added, and the subscription would end on 1÷3÷16. Today (12÷27÷15) I called because no paper was delivered. Their reply was the subscription ended on 12÷20÷15, two weeks BEFORE the end of the 6-​month subscription. Honestly, the company should just go out of business if they can’t do what they are paid to do.

This is the North Creek production facility where they print and distribute the hard copy newspaper. I like the park on the property which is good for book read’n on a sunny day, or just to stretch your legs.
They offer a tour of the facility if you’re so inclined.
