We recently purchased a home with the assistance of the Red Door Team and Teresa Barthol and we couldn’t be happier. They are wonderful to work with. They maintain great contact throughout the home buying process. They listen to what you’re looking for and find properties that appeal to your preferences. I love the RED DOOR TEAM. My house was a tough sell. We’re borderline hoarders and my hubby gave up nothing to make the house look appealing. Also, while on the market we found out that we had a one bedroom septic that we always thought was a 3 bedroom one.
Through this, and many other bumps in the road, the team kept a happy face, calmed our fears, answered our avalanche of questions, and did the job. Sherri, Carmen, and Ada were a dream to work with. I recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT use Theresa Barthol!!!
She is the absolute worst. We have bought and sold over 17 properties and never have we dealt with anyone as inept as she.
She does not follow through, and leaves clients literally in the cold and dark WITHOUT THE KEY after closing.
She has added me to her Google circle, but I do NOT want to be associated with her.
