So originally I gave this place a 5 star review… but that was before I realized I was being scammed! But I can’t blame it ALL on the guy because I lacked to read. First, it was under my impression that my phone was 252 and that the case, screen protectors, car charger etc was all included for FREE. At least that’s what the sales associate told me. Well my phone broke a few weeks ago, I went to check my bill to see how much I owed left on it, well to my surprise it said my phone only really cost me 157 $ and I was paying for all the accessories. I was furious because first off I didnt need any of the extras, I just wanted the phone, the sales associate had me under the impression the phone itself cost 252 $. So that was that. I bought a new phone from a different tmobile and thankfully wasnt scammed in any of the extras. But funny thing, I finally decided to throw away my ZTE tmobile bag and original box to find a charger in there that I never knew was there, brand new, which must’ve came with the phone for actual, FREE.

Stay away from this store! The sales people are idiots! They will straight up lie to your face!
They ordered the wrong phone and shipped it to my house. Shipped it back 3 weeks ago and still haven’t got a refund yet.
Also the switch early termination fee credits are lies. Expected a prepaid visa with $ 754 to pay my ATT final bill and ended up with only $ 277.
Run! Don’t walk away from this store!

The customer service at this location is absolutely atrocious. They are rude and unhelpful. I will drive the extra 10 min to go to Thrashers Corner now.

As soon as I walked in, a salesman was trying to get me to shake his hand. Really? What that tells me is that I’m about to get bulldozed and hoodwinked. Let me look around for myself please! On the bright side, the shop is spacious and well appointed with a good selection of phones that seem reasonably priced.

Worst customer service ever. They ran my card before I found out that my other carrier wanted paid in full, they knew not to until that info was found. I go in to get a refund they said «call customer service we can’t help you for 6 – 8 weeks. on the phone with customer service and they say I have to address it at the store. Just called my attorney…

Ok what the f**k wrong with you guys. I went to the store to get a new phone number today. (Store location: 18 827 Bothell Way NE STE 101, Bothell, WA). The store manager gave me a new sim card and said it will work with in 4 hours. I just called my new phone number with another phone. Some one picked up the phone, and I have no idea who he is. During the shopping in the store. THE STORE MANAGER was texting with his friends all day long!!! He didnt pay any attention on the business at all! How can someone like him be the store manage. Are you kidding me T– Mobile!

We went to this location to do a jump upgrade and trade in my old iPhone. The sales guy (no name tag so don’t have his name) was a frat boy type, smooth talking sales guy. He flat out lied to me about T Mobile not stocking my phone and me having to order it by mail. So rather than say another store may have it, I paid shipping costs and had to wait a week for something I could have gone down the road that day and picked up from another store. Then he talked us into switching to another plan (w/​o unlimited data) and adding an extra line (which we didn’t need) to save money after assuring us our data usage was small. When we crunched the numbers he clearly lied — about ½ of the months over the last year we used more than the new plan allotted. Avoid this store if you can. The sheer number of lies told us in one afternoon was outstanding. Working on fixing everything with customer care but we wasted time and money and I’ve had more honesty out of used car salesmen.

Funny how 90% of the time, their coverage map shows excellent LTE coverage but I get no data connection using iPhone. My friends on ATT have full coverage all the time.

First thing is first, I love my new phone, and the plan is GREAT. I am so thankful to be away from Sprint. I really appreciate their no contract mentality and buying out my old one.
At this specific location, these guys working here are young and energetic. Not at all a bad thing. However, it was a little overwhelming. I would have appreciated it if they slowed down in their describing of things.
Knowledgeable about products? No. Thankfully, I did my own personal research on what I wanted (and some talking with the Verizon place in Redmond) and got the information I needed. In wanting to see what Blake had to say, he simply shrugged it off. He insisted that what I wanted was the best and had nothing to add about the difference between LG G3 and the Samsung. Apparently he isn’t aware that Samsung has the best memory chips in the world. Disappointing.
These guys were funny, happy to chat, and playful. That’s all and good — but it was getting kind of out of hand. They were cursing, yelling, talking about their salaries openly to me as a customer, and frankly weren’t listening to us. We repeated specific information over and over again. Whenever Cutler needed help with something, his coworkers complained and drug their feet through the process, and at one point said to us, «sorry our trainee is wasting your time.»
When the contract was being written up, they actually spelled the first name wrong. It is now incorrect on all of our paperwork. We had to sign it like that. Very sloppy and unprofessional. After finally leaving after 2.5 hours on a Friday night, the number didn’t even port over to the correct phone. I have to return now, and fix their mistake. Sorry — NOT this location.
We came in there with a specific need. I felt like the staff’s priority was more geared towards having fun and goofing around rather than helping us get the solution needed.

I had been struggling with a Sony droid and getting nowhere with Tmobile after being an Apple user for years. I have been with Tmobile for 11+ years and I getting so frustrated with the service I was receiving at other stores so when I walked into this specific store I assumed it was going to be the run around again, but the two guys that helped us Sillis (spelling?).The guys were SO helpful they got me hooked back up with an iPhone and were so fun. They made the experience that much more enjoyable and definitely made me reconsider moving away from Tmobile as a whole. Thanks guys! I could not be more happy with the service I received at this Tmobile and I’ll definitely be doing more business at this location.

Bryce (AKA: In Training) did a wonderful job of helping us find the best phone and answering our questions. He’s a CUSTOMER SERVICE DYNAMO! I will continue to come back here in the future. We’re 13+ year customers with T-​Mobile and we’re so grateful to be part of such a great team.

Bought a used phone off Craigslist and took it to this T-​Mobile during Black Friday weekend. It was obvious they were busy but they greeted me as I walked in and Nav started helping me right away. Nav & Silis (sorry about spelling) got me hooked up and out the door pretty quick. They told me about some cool new products coming out and gave their business card in case I needed help later. I am loving my new (to me) T-​Mobile phone. Thanks guys!
