Starbucks

I live near the area, so sometimes this starbucks i use is just for the convenience. Very rarely is my coffee made right, and i just don’t have the patience to go the the drive thru again to get them to make it right. The last time i ordered i actually had to tell the girl how to ring up my coffee, because she was charging me almost 2 bucks more for a drink i normally get at any starbucks. The drive thru is usually very slow, and forget about trying to go in the mornings. I wish i could say i like them but their prices and service have me going elsewhere.

Your average Starbucks store, nice spot to get coffee near uw. Wish they had couches… Or any chair that had cushion for more comfort. Went to order one of my favorite secret menu from Starbucks after a long awaited craving (raspberry milk tea)… They charged me $ 3.89.I don’t mind, but all the other Starbucks I normally go to only charge less than $ 3 sometimes even $ 2. They then told me there was no more raspberry syrup… after charging me… And kindly asked if I wanted to change it to peach or strawberry purée. Opted for the strawberry. Got my order and it was horrible. I tried to like it but couldn’t. At least they asked me if I wanted to add more pump of the classic to sweeten it. I did. But it was still horrible. By the end I just asked for a regular shaken ice tea. Forced myself to like it. Done. Wished I just got my money back or just ordered the chai latte. Staff was nice, should inform each other about available item and clean some of the tables more often. Overall… Decent place.

I love this store!!! Everyone is so nice and speedy! The store is beautiful and modern yet cozy! Their display wall is very unique and almost has a boutique kind of feel to it. This store is awesome!

Still new considering the whole plaza is all new. The location seems in a kind of isolated area of Bothell but its not too far from i405. The establishment stays fairly busy and likely most of the activity is from the UW students and the apartment complex surrounding.
The area is really nice and the Starbucks matches that niceness of its surrounding. The Starbucks here feels homey with a dark color scheme and mostly wood furnishing. There’s even a section in the back that wraps around that’s a bit more quiet if you need to work and study.
The staff is friendly and speedy. Even though there’s a little, there’s never a long wait to order or receive your order. The quality of beverages and food are at the expected Starbucks standard.
I enjoyed coming here and plan on going back.

So far so good first time at this location. I’ve noticed it always comes down to the employees working. If they have the right attitude consistency is spot on. I don’t stray from an iced mocha and it’s good here
