While I like their food… it is by no means gourmet pizza however it’s pretty good for cheaper pizza. I have to say they need A LOT of work with customer service. This was the 3rd time they forgot to bring part of my order so I finally called to inform them of their error… the girls response was«ok so what do you want us to do about that» I asked for a refund and was put on hold for a minute than hung up on. This will be the last time I eat there since they can’t seem to get it together or speak nicely over to their customers.

While their delivery time is always quick and the fact that they have the wonderfully delicious stuffed crust, they need to work on their cutting skills. It’s almost as if the pizza cutter is afraid of symmetry or cutting too hard. I shouldn’t have to finish cutting the pizza. Half the time the pizza feels undercooked as well.

Maybe it’s because we live close by but damn, their delivery is faster than Jimmy John’s. We ordered with them 3 times, all 3 times they were here in 15 minutes. Super supreme pizza. Delicious.

I dont know why Pizza Hut is not closing this franchisee already. I tried pizza hut so many times and loved it. I moved to location near this store and ordered my pizza 2 times. First time i asked for salty pretzel crust, and it was too salty that i felt like eating a spoon of salt. Second time i ordered a normal 5 topping pizza. All toppings were thrown over pizza like being fed to animals, and they put some watery sauce on top. Once i reached home(in 5 minutes), pizza was dripped in that sauce and all wet. I had to put it in oven to get it dry. finally threw away half my pizza, first time in my life. Thanks to staff from this store.

Horrible, just plain horrible. I got the cheese lovers pizza. I don’t know what that white stuff was on my pizza but it definitely was NOT cheese. Never doing this again.

Got another 2 pizzas today and they have been on point every time. The staff is nice when there actually is someone at the front. Never had a messed up pizza or late one which is always a bonus. I love the coupons they send me once a week with different promos. My guilty pleasure is the stuffed crust although I did notice a huge price difference between ordering in person and online $ 56 in person or $ 27 online which I thought was a absolute shock.

This place is just not good :(We waited 1.5 hours for cold food. One of the pizzas was messed up. The quality of food at this particular place is awful. We had pizza hut in Myrtle Beach last year, and I was amazed at how fresh and delicious it was. Here the pizzas are dry, the crust is almost like a cracker. Wait times are long, and food is not good. I have gone back to ordering Papa Johns.

I stopped in to get a personal pan pizza. It was fine, nothing exceptional but not bad either just your typical Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza. The location was easy to get to and the staff was friendly and fast. I was able to pop in and pop out with no issues.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in probably at least a decade. But after seeing their new commercials advertising recent additions to their menu, I’ve been wanting to give them a shot. After painting our master bedroom for 5 hours, we were hungry and wanted something quick and different.(Our usual go-to is teriyaki.) I suggested Pizza Hut. My husband gave me some sarcastic comment and honestly thought I was kidding. He was skeptical because let’s be honest, Pizza Hut isn’t exactly known for greatness. I convinced him.(Ironic, because he’s the avid pizza fan… not me!) I placed an online order, the special was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $ 6.99 each. For my pizza I chose bbq sauce for the base, with grilled chicken & bacon with a bbq sauce drizzle and a Siracha honey glazed crust. The crust was where it’s at!!! The pizza was actually pretty damn good! I was pleasantly surprised! My husband got the stock marinara base with sausage and jalapeños on a garlic crust. He was impressed too. I’m back on the Pizza Hut bandwagon. I liked it better than dominos and will definitely order again! Gotta try their other options out, there are sooooo many to choose from; after all!

I had ordered carry out and when I came to pick up my order. There were two gentlemen employees near the cash registers talking on there cellphones. When I approached them they both walked away and went to the kitchen area. As I was wating for someone to come help me there were about 6 or 7 employees in the kitchen talking and socializing. Finally after about 7 – 8 minutes later one of the employees who had walked away from the cash register came out and asked me if I had been helped. I am very unsatisfied with the service here, I didn’t even get an apology from the employee or a thankyou. I have visited this location before but I think this the last time I come here.

My boyfriend lives about 6 mins from Pizza Hut so we order delivery almost every Saturday. It takes them about 45mins to 1 hour from them to get to us. Its not really their fault, Bothell traffic is crazy slow. Great pizza for great price. Never got our order wrong. I’m not sure how other Pizza Hut are but I like this one a lot.

I tried the new bacon cheese stuffed crust pizza. I usually order Papa Johns but lately I’ve been getting the same delivery girl and she’s sort of becoming stalker-ish so now I’m forced to order Pizza Hut. Dude forgot my 2 Liter drink. I couldn’t help to LOL at him but at the same time feel bad because I only tipped him four bucks and now he has to drive back to the store to get my soda(which was free anyway) on his dime. Pizza Hut has typical shit pizza. They have really gone down hill over the years but its pizza and I love pizza so whatever. I still can’t get over the fact that the delivery kid forgot my soda. LOL.

The pizza is basic pizza hut pizza(which is fine), but what really got me was that they left out the marinara sauce with the bread sticks. REALLY? Didn’t know until I got home — that’s the best part. Cashier was alright. A kid that didn’t seem all that interested in working, but at least he wasn’t rude Pizza didn’t take long — that was nice. Overall, I prefer the totem lake pizza hut, but as I was house-sitting in Bothell, I picked this one.

Ok, sure it was a $ 9 pizza, what did I expect. I have had pizza there before, it’s ok, not great, but edible. Last night we ordered out and got what we normally order and the driver was 20 mins late past the time they said it would be at our door. So the pizza was cold — the place is like 5 mins away from us, the dough was slightly under cooked. I couldn’t eat it.

Been here once before for pickup — efficient, friendly service. Went through this Pizza Hut for delivery on a Thursday evening and it was terrible! Placed my order via phone at 6:30p, the guy taking my order had to clarify the credit card number and order three times each. It’s not like I changed anything from the initial order either. He said the delivery would be there by 7:37pm. Considering I live maybe 5−8mins away from this place, that’s a bit long(I know, my lazy butt could have picked it up). By 7:50p no delivery so I gave them a ring. «We don’t have that order.» Blah, blah, blah, etc. «Oh, orders that have been paid don’t show on my screen. … We’re hella busy. Call back in a couple minutes if they don’t show up.» Called back and someone finally answered after the fifth try. Simultaneously, the delivery guy called: «uh, looks like I’m having some trouble finding your place.» Received the delivery at 8:20p — close to two hours after placing the order. And there was no ranch!

I’ve only been here for take-out once, so I can only provide 4 stars. Pizza was ready and perfect when I picked it up – on time. I will be frequenting this place in the future.

We ordered the $ 10 deal with the one-topping pizza, breadsticks, and dessert cinnamon sticks. I ate one piece of pizza, one breadstick and one cinnamon stick and I was nauseated all night. Even my 10-year-old daughter though it was gross and she likes Taco Bell! The pizza is super greasy and I’ll bet their oil is rancid; hence the nausea. I rarely order pizza delivery and this nasty pizza ruined our dinner. I will never order from here again.

Ugh… more soggy wings(some still had feathers attached– ewww). Wing street is a joke. The pizza was as it has always been. Greasy and cheap. Bread sticks are dry and stale(they are so much better at those Taco Bell/Pizza Hut drive thrus). On the plus side, the pizza was blazing hot. Customer service was so-so… the manager was nice but the girl ringing us up wasn’t that helpful. We called ahead and asked how late they are open. The guy said 11pm so we headed over around 10:30pm. First thing the girl told us was«We aren’t doing take out right now» my boyfriend and I said«oh… we just called and someone said you were open?» and the manager had to intervene and tell her they could do it. She seemed annoyed. I get she didn’t want to be there, but it’s not like we were being that big of a pain. The place is a mess, and the kitchen looks dirty. I doubt we will be back anytime soon, not worth the thousands of calories or poor customer service.

We paid $ 30.00 for a box of 20 weird-tasting, oily wings. The cashier charged us twice after claiming he was voiding my phone order while –insisting — that he needed to swipe my husband’s card. The owner refused to make this right, claiming that our credit union made the error. Either the cashier is an idiot, or this is the owner’s way to maximize profits while serving bad food.(I checked and our CU didn’t gank our cards.) If you need wings, try Thrasher’s Pub or hit the deli counter at Safeway or Fred Meyer.

Yes, Don, there was a «wing street» when I reviewed. They changed the recipe on some of their add on products, specifically the little fried apple pie things my kids used to love. They don’t love them anymore. Placating them so I can go out is getting harder to do. *sigh*
