This is a good location however parking is horrible, and people speed through the parking lot. Other than that, they are good about order accuracy, and great customer service!

Let me start out by saying the pizza is usually pretty good. This 1 star review is about the service or lack there of. I ordered two pizzas and watched for 20 minutes. I asked about where my order was. The manager claimed she made it, but that was impossible because i watched each pizza for 20 minutes. I was not offered any sort of apology. I promply asked for my money back which too was a difficult process.

Update: So I finally got my pizza after inquiring where it was after waiting for 20 minutes in the pizza place mind you this is 25 – 35 minutes after we had already called so almost an hour I’m waiting for my pizza and they stuck it on the shelf never called my name on my husbands name if I hadn’t asked I would still not have my food. That is sheer incompetence! I’m sorry if the employees were busy but the manager should have staffed better and had enough pre made dough to survive a sale night. I have never heard anything back from management since this experience and I went back in this week three staff members two customers and I still had to wait 10 mins for service… the staff was extremely impolite again no understanding of customer service here at all.

I ordered a delite crust family size 2 topping pizza. Got home and put it in the oven and when I took it out I noticed that it was regular crust. No one in my family likes the regular crust so I made my kids another meal and put them to bed. I then called the store to let them know about they’re mistake. I talked to Hailey, the store mgr, and she said that I can bring the pizza back and she would give me another one or she could give me an $ 8 credit. I said that I would like a credit but asked why it was only for $ 8 when I paid over $ 12. She said that the pizza had the right topping so she can’t give us full credit. I then asked if we could come in the next day to get the correct pizza and she said we have to come in now. I couldn’t leave with my kids in bed. Hailey seemed me like she thought we were trying to scam her out of $ 4. She needs to be retained on customer service skills. Make sure you check your pizza before you leave the store or you may be the one getting scammed.

I came in wanting to get a stuffed pizza because I’ve been seeing their commercials a lot lately and was really craving one! They were on sale for $ 10 too which made it even better! Unfortunately, when I got to the store and asked the girl making pizza about the offer, she said the deal had expired. Dang it! Now the pizza was $ 17, a lot more than I was planning to spend(college student budget). I asked if any coupons were available and she said in the mail yes(but that didn’t help me right now!). I was hoping for a little more customer service, perhaps giving me a discount anyways or suggesting another good deal but this was a young girl who kinda seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I went to my car and started looking up coupons on my phone and was quickly able to find one. I went up to the counter where a different girl was working. She was totally cool with accepting a mobile coupon(a lot of places won’t) and I sat down to wait for my pizza to be made. While waiting I noticed a poster for a promotion giving away their new cheesy bread for free. All you had to do was join they’d texting club. So, I did this while I was waiting and was able to score some free cheesy bread! I just wish the employees would have been more customer-oriented and thought of telling me about that deal since I was obviously trying to get a good deal. Didn’t seen too concerned with pleasing the customer, just about getting their work done. They(and I) also forgot to have them give me a punch on my card so that kinda sucks too. Besides that food was great and I’ll definitely be back.

My first experience at Papa Murphys was a good one. Stopped in to pick up dinner for myself, my friend, and her 3 kids. Had no idea what I was doing, but made it through. Pizzas were assembled quickly, and staff was friendly and patient while I figured out what I wanted. The cashier did make sure to clarify that I knew it was«take & bake» pizza, which I did know but appreciated that she would make sure I understood. Will definitely stop back once I move to the area.

This is our go to place to gather food stuffs for our weekly family get together. Fast, fresh, and priceworthy, this is truly the place for those who like to cook their own pie. The locations are everywhere. Love youse guys!

Read reviews before writing mine and was a little grossed out by one but… For us, things have always been great. Staff is friendly. They always give you the specials if you want to hear about them. They help with fundraisers and the pizza is good-it’s my kids fave. It is always clean looking to me and they are efficient. I think it’s the only take and bake pizza that is good, and I think it’s better than Domino’s or Papa John’s or some of the other delivery places. And a way better value to boot.

good pizza ok prices decent service, if they arent training the latest round of staff… What i would like them to do is ask me for my frequent buyer card. I dont like having to remind them that i have one… Give them a try… stay for the show… enjoy your pie

Well, I am sorry to give them only one star, and I must admit we didn’t even purchase their pizza even though they looked great. But the issue we have with Papa Murphy’s, is when we went in to order a pizza recently, they had No wheat crust option. In this day and age, with people trying to be a little more health conscience, this should be an easy fix for the restaurant chain. They don’t even have gluten free for those who are on that type of diet. These guys really need to get with the program and come into the 21st century to deal with what many other restaurants are already dealing with. Most of the workers seemed oblivious to this type of diet and didn’t really seem to care, though one of them mentioned they do get allot of requests for both wheat crust and gluten free. HELLO! Wake up management! We are sure your pizza is fine, and would be a very healthy option if you made these additions to your menu. It couldn’t cost more than a few more cents to order wheat flour, right? And you could pass that expense on to us, right? If this is something you change, we will be glad to edit our star rating for a much higher score after we try your pizza with these healthier options. We hope you pay attention to your customers and read your reviews. :-)

Having to find whey-free foods on a daily basis to feed my allergy-prone wife has made me read labels and learn to cook. Papa Murphy’s deLite crust doesn’t have added whey proteins, like most other convenience foods. The service here is pretty standard, it pays to call in your order since there is very little customer waiting area available at this site. To address the concerns posted by Miriam C, yes they do appear to toss the extra cheese that doesn’t make it onto your pizza back into the bins… but they also wipe down the counters before and afterwards, so I really don’t see the creep-factor.

When picking up a pizza last night, I saw one of the female employees throwing bits of cheese that had fallen on the counter back in the bins. Kiiiiiinda creeped out. Kiiiiiinda haven’t even cooked the pizza we took home. Kiiiinda thinkin’ I won’t.

This is one of two papa murphy’s locations that is closest to where I live. This location is great, very clean and presentable. The service is friendly and prompt. They pile on the toppings for a wonderful fresh-made pizza. And they also offer the punch card which gives you a free pizza for every 10 you purchase. The other location in Mountlake Terrace is the exact opposite. I will take the extra time to venture down to Canyon Park to this location.
