I called these guys after being referred to them by Doc because he was 30 days out. His referral is the only reason I called. When the guy picked up the phone he just said hello like he was answering his personal phone. When I asked if this was NW auto he said «What do you need?» very rudely. If you’re too stupid to answer a phone and talk to someone, there is no way I’m going to believe anything you say about my car. I wouldn’t recommend going to these guys for anything, even a phone call.
