Hands down the most educated trainer i’ve ever met. His approach to training is scientific and unique which transfers into real life situations and body movement patterns.

Grant is awesome! I’ve been a member of a local gym for over 15 years and have never really found a trainer that I liked and believed in. It’s always pump a bunch of iron, take a bunch of supplements, and pay for multiple training sessions that leave you limping for days. But I am very happy that I got a referral to Fit 4 Life. I am
excited to say that I leave my training sessions with Grant, a little bit sore but very satisfied. My muscles are sore, I’ve worked up a good sweat, and I’m proud that I pushed through another workout.
One of the reasons I picked Grant over someone at my local gym is that he has numerous certifications and continuing education. He keeps up on fitness techniques and nutrition. He’s given me some great ideas for healthy eating. He’s very positive and motivating. And he’s great at gearing your workout to your goals and health issues. I like the personal attention and the privacy of his gym.
I’ve been seeing Grant for a year and a half now and am glad that I found him through a reference from a friend. I can say that I am definitely in much less pain and have lost 20 pounds in the process. I am more fit, healthy, and happy. I plan on continuing my workout sessions with Grant to loose 40 more pounds.
