Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a Chevy with the Enterprise Rent-​A-​Car. Staff are very friendly and helpful even it was a busy day.
The car was very clean and it ran smoothly for my road trip.
I would particularly like to thank the branch manager Chang for his service. He asked for my needs and concerns during the rental process. He certainly made sure I have a great experience with the company. Thank you! :)

This place has great service here. Chang was a great help when I needed a rental car. He was a real professional and made sure you were happy before leaving.

Friendly front desk staff, gave us suggestions on places to visit in Albuquerque. Loved our brand new Toyota Rav 4.

I have used this location many times but this is my first review. They have always been very helpful and responsive. They even swapped out my car when I needed it so I could feel more comfortable. I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you for your great service.

I needed a rental car after a car accident and my insurance covers me to get an SUV. I was calling around different Enterprise locations in my area to see which location had an SUV available for me to come rent. I was not having much luck until I called this Bothell location. They did not have any SUV’s on the lot but if I could wait an hour they had a premium SUV in transit from another location. I told the guy helping me that I do not think my insurance will cover a premium SUV, and he told me that because he had not other SUV’s to offer me, he will lower the price of this one so it will be covered. I reserved the car and was ready to go pick it up.
When I got to the location, they opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile. By the time I finished filling out the paper work the 2015 Tahoe was ready for me, washed and filled with gas. We walked outside, did a walkthrough of the car and Joe showed me some of the options the car has.
I was in and out of there quickly. Great customer service, a location I will come back to in the future.

My experience with these guys were nothing but short of spectacular. If I need to rent a car they will always be my only choice. First impressions are everything and even when I needed them again the service was great. I read some of he reviews that were negative on here and can only say I never experienced any of the issues. I had spectacular service from start to finish.

My auto repair shop told this Enterprise branch that the auto repair shop should be billed and my extended warranty insurance would reimburse them. They then asked Enterprise to pick me up at the auto repair shop. The charge, plus $ 100, was put on my card without my authorization and this shop doesn’t pick people up.

The pre-​inspection for damage was rushed and then, when I returned the car, I was told that I put a big dent in it. When I asked to see it, I found out that it was under the passenger side door and knew that neither myself nor Katie Monicatti, the branch manager who inspected with me, had bent down far enough to see the dent.
Since I had returned the car early, I asked if I could have it back to take it to my car bodywork company and find out if it was a fresh or older dent. They said no even though it was still my time, but promised their bodywork company would look at it this morning and they would call me back. I received no call, so I called Katie who claimed we never said that my auto repair company was to be billed and also claimed that I authorized the additional charge and that her bodywork company hadn’t looked at the car yet.
I’m now forced to dispute a charge and damage to their car. They probably missed it for quite some time and then, when they finally saw it, Katie decided to charge me.

An exceptional experience. There was a bit of a wait and for my inconvenience (which really wasn’t as I was able to work comfortably there), Katie offered me an upgrade to a larger vehicle for the same quoted price. She took extra care to be sure the car met my expectations and even pointed out the location of the gas tank – something I always guess wrong on rentals when entering the gas station – as well as how to open it. Thank you!

The people at Bothell we very friendly and helpful, and the experience of picking up the car was very simple and easy. We should have called them directly instead of going through the 800 number, which was a bad experience. It was like talking to India, with no one really caring what we wanted or needed. I almost went with another company because of them. The Bothell people felt badly for us and gave us an upgrade in cars.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a car rental, the only thing good was that it motivated us to look elsewhere, good thing because We found a luxury car fully loaded for half the price and no hidden fees. Corporate greed has shown its ugly face in our little town of Bothell, Its sad the employees dont see it.
Dont be a sucker and rent there because its convenient, use the extra money
to go skydiving like we did!!!

After mentioning several times that I don’t want basic protection on my car, the charges for it were still «sneaked in» to my contract.
Should have double checked, yes, but was in a hurry.
Wouldn’t ever rent from here again.

Be aware! The car you reserved may not be there when you come in. I reserved a full-​size car & a pick-​up time for 9:30am. I called that morning to push back the pick-​up to 10am… they said, «no problem just give us a 30min heads-​up». Well instead I saved them the trouble and got dropped off at their location by 11:45am. I was surprised to learn that the car I reserved was given to someone else. I didn’t receive a phone call letting me know that this car was gone. Instead I was rolling in a mini-​van. Would appreciate more proactive service. I don’t know if I’ll book future rentals from this office.
