I called the salon asking for an appointment as soon as they were available and I immediately was scheduled a haircut. 10 minutes later I was inside, and offered a drink. For the second time, Hanna did a wonderful job at listening at what I wanted and made suggestions of what would fit best with my hair type. My hair really did feel healthier after the deep conditioning and my cut was great! The combination of the haircut and deep conditioning was about 1 hour. I highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience at Eclipz with Lyndsey. Not only did she fix my color from brassy orange back to blonde she was easy going and fun to talk to. I have many friends who also go to Lyndsey and they love her too! She should be your go to for any coloring or for a great cut!

I came to this salon for a hair cut because of high recommendations from the Bothell community page on Facebook. My stylist was Hannah. She was very sweet although I did not like my haircut at all. I had a basic trim /​cut with mid length hair, but now one side of my hair seems thinner than the other side and my bang is way too short. Perhaps she’s great at other types of services but sorry to say I won’t be returning to her for another cut.

I only went there twice. Hannah did an ok cut for me. I wasn’t entirely happy with it so the second time I tried Lyndsey. Huge mistake and because of that I will never go back. She barely cut and shaped my hair. While she was cutting it I was wondering when she was actually going to start cutting my hair. I think she is inexperienced and she had no clue what to do with my hair. Waste of $ 45, will never go back.

Went to get my hair done today, Lindsay did my hair! She did an amazing job, I’m grateful that I read the Unilocal reviews and decided to go here. They are friendly and listen to you on what you expect and what to do. I can’t wait to get my hair cut again!

I went here for a haircut thanks to Unilocal!When I arrived they offered some drinks while I waited. My hairstylist greeted me, I think her name was heather or hannah. She gave me very good advice about product buildup and getting a deep condition every now and then. She was also pleasant to talk to. Then she cut my hair, she took off 3 inches and put layers. My hair was very long and thick, so having it this short is great! However, before we started she said my scalp looked sunburnt. She then went on to use hot water and blowdried a little close to my scalp. after she styled my hair she thinned it slightly. However not as much as I needed. I asked her to cut an extra inch when we finished which seemed sort of rushed. I am having a hard time finding a hairstylist here willing to thin my hair a lot, I may have to get my haircut in hawaii. In the end My hair looked and felt great. My scalp is slightly sore and there was one long strand she forgot and my hair is still heavy but other than that it was good. ThanKS for the great customer service.

Whitney is by far the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. And she makes the visit fun because she’s hilarious to talk to. Definitely recommend !!!

Checked in with reception and had a bunch of forms to fill out. Sheanna went through the completed information to make sure she understood my existing skin condition and product usage. I liked that because it shows she cared about my concerns and paid attention to which ingredients my skin might react badly towards.
After changing into a robe she washed my face, then steamed then left on an exfoliating cream. During this time she massaged my forearms and hands. After my face was rinsed she started the extraction process. Next was a shoulder and neck massage.
Lovely…so relaxing. Facial completed with application moisturizer, eye cream and lip cream.
The products she used is a line called ImageNow.
Five stars for Sheanna. She is detail oriented and she is gentle. I liked that I didn’t get stuff in my eyes. What I would have liked was something to cover my eyes during the extraction. Even though my eyes were shut I still found the light a little bright.
Ambiance: I would give this a 1 star. It’s too noisy.
The bed is heated but the room is badly located. It is right next to the waiting area where clients check in. Everyone coming and going walks by. The sliding wooden door does a poor job of blocking out noise. You could hear a lot of talking. There is blaring music in the salon. There is other music in the facial room and the competing music during the massage does not relax.
After I checked out I find out that Sheanna is leaving.
Too bad. She is an excellent aesthetician. If they are interested in building their business they should reevaluate the location of the room.

I consider myself a very critical person, especially when it comes to haircuts. I have had my own hair done at the same place with the same lady for years. Today I decided to try a salon for my daughter and let me just say, this place was simply amazing. From the moment we walked in I knew this place was special. Greeted immediately, wait was short and the staff was all very welcoming. The experience at Eclipz went from good to great when we met Hanna!
My daughter is 7 years old and extremely shy. She hardly ever talks more then a few words when first meeting people — Hanna had her talking right away! She made her feel comfortable and to my amazement was able to hold a conversation with a super shy kid. Unlike other experiences Hanna took time to pay attention to my daughter which was very important.
The hair cut itself was perfect as well. Hanna took her time and went above and beyond for my princess. She washed her hair, did beautiful layers, took the time to french braid her hair, and topped it off with my daughters favorite — sparkles.
I’m glad I took the chance on this salon, I was not disappointed in the slightest. My fiancé will be coming to see Hanna very soon. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon if you’re looking for an amazing experience and hair cut as well!

Super impressed now! I called just now to request an appointment with a specific hair stylist who books out months in advance, but was told she has no openings. Then Christina called me back saying she had looked up my name and found that I had actually seen a different hair stylist who *does* have openings in the time frame I was looking for. She double checked to see if I wanted the one I requested or if I had possibly misremembered the name of the hair stylist (the latter was the case). Really impressed and appreciative that she took the time to do that! Thank you, Eclipsz. Will definitely keep coming back.

This place is absolutely deserving of five stars. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing Heather for ages and I’m always satisfied when I walk out the door. The salon is clean, with high end atmosphere and reasonable prices. They also have a collection of up to date magazines for those in the waiting area. What I also love is that they call to confirm your appointment the day before. I recommend this place to all my my friends and family!

Definitely 5 stars! Great place, great price for quality of work. I got highlights with Sarah and she was very kind and friendly. Answered all questions I had about future styles I’m planning to get and hair treatments. 100% recommend :)

The experience of a high-​end salon, but with very reasonable prices. I’am very happy I found this place, very nice salon and was very impressed with the job of Whitney.

Mrs. Hanna Jones cut my hair and did a fabulous job! So nice and friendly to chat with and I love my new hair! She styled it afterwards so I was already for a date night with my hubby! I highly recommend going to see her. She truly loves what she does and is very talented at it

Got a haircut and hair color from Sarah and it was amazing .She explained everything she was doing .I am very happy with the color on my hair .
Did also try the sugaring and its quite interesting to get waxed with sugar. Sheanna did a great job with the sugaring .
Definitely going there again.

I’ve been going here since they opened! Amazing staff, amazing salon, and always amazing hair! Heather has been doing my whole family’s hair. She always does a fantastic job on my cut and color. My 6 year old daughter loves her too! I’ve searched a long time for a great salon and finally found it!

After two years if paying $ 90 for a haircut at a pretentious salon in Bellevue, I stumbled upon this place. Staff is warm and inviting, cut is on par with what I’m used to paying double for, shop is clean & the price is awesome! Will definitely be coming back regularly!!!

Lyndsey C. cut my hair. She was an absolute sweetheart and she did an amazing job cutting my hair. I have long hair and I didn’t want it cut too short. She did an amazing job and I’ll be going back to her!!!

Do yourself and your hair a favor and book an appointment with HANNA JONES! I had gone 5 years without a decent hair cut, had seen numerous different stylists and no one could even come close to what I wanted. Hanna listened to everything I said and confidently worked her magic! I’ve never been happier with any other stylist! She’s done everything from a simple trim, to a beautiful ombré, to my wedding hair, she is naturally gifted when it comes to hair styling and is so fun and easy to talk to! You owe it to yourself to have someone with REAL talent make you look and feel amazing!

After two horrible cuts at a local beauty school, I decided that it’s not really «saving» money if you pay for something you hate. Without a hairstylist to turn to, I sifted through the reviews on Unilocal hoping to find a salon that could give be a good haircut for a reasonable price. Luckily I found Eclipz and Whitney. Whitney was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I don’t spend a lot of time on my hair, but somehow she gave me a cut that was exactly what I wanted, easy to style and for a reasonable price! Three weeks later and I still love my hair! There was also no pressure to buy a bunch of product (I hate that).
