Bothell Health Care

This company location was taken over by a different company in August 2010. The new company is listed as Quality Health Care, LLC.
The location is the same but the name has been changed to Bothell Health Care. As of December, 2010 there appears to be some major problems associated with the change of hands. The turn over rate of employees is above normal. The friendly atmosphere has changed significantly throughout the building. The new staff doesn’t appear to be as qualified/​professional as the old staff. I am giving the location 2 stars (as opposed to 1) only because of the therapy department which remains in tact since the take over, headed up by a strong director who is also the resident speech pathologist… and more importantly the only manager who makes herself available to the patients and their families.
I’m going to give the company the benefit of the doubt for now as there are always growing pains when a company switches hands. However, they’re on shaky ground and I would wait until the company found its footing before placing a family member in this location.
