You can’t go wrong with this place! It’s like the hometown bar with a lot of character. Good for whatever you are looking for in a bar. The crowd is the best part about it. 20 – 30 year old night crowd.

What a dump. First the place is a mess. And the beer is warm. Second the bartenders will walk over to your pool game and throw the balls in the pockets at 1:45 and tell you to leave. What good customer service. If you like to drink shitty beer in a scuzzy bar and have dick head bartenders. Then this is your bar

Doorman let’s a total drunk guy leave and said that management would not call or pay for a cabs! I even offered to pay for it, so sad. The guy drove off super drunk not knowing his name. This place is a drunken over pour mess of a bar. Totally ill managed to say the least. I hope nobody got killed tonight due to their negligent irresponsible actions. Sadly I don’t see changes unless someone gets hurt or owners get stuck with a lawsuit on their hands.

I liked this place a lot until i got cut off from drinks after 2 drinks and i was told i couldn’t enter the pool tournaments anymore because i played a defensive shot. If they didn’t pour heavy drinks this place would get 1 star. I have been singled out before for no reason and i dont appreciate it. This is one of those times. The food is mediocre and if you are not a regular and its busy, the bartenders won’t pay you much attention. They allow the regulars there to get wasted and be asshole to people and do not cut them off. There is one pool table there and there is no room to shoot on the sides. On countless occasions i have been forced to sit at a table that wasn’t clean. The mens bathroom toilet doesn’t have a door on it so anyone in the bathroom can see in and when the bathroom door is open, half the bar can see in. The bar is located on a highway where cops sit and wait for you to come out at. I suggest this place if you like to be outdoors and dont mind heavy drinks. Other than that not any other reason to go.

This is a dive bar in the truest sense. It’s not particularly clean, it’s got regulars at noon on a Wednesday, and the bathroom door barley closes, but it’s got character. Berts is a fine place to go and get drinks and in the summer time the horseshoe pit out back is fun. I will say they don’t have the heavy hand anymore that they used to be famous for, but that could be a good thing depending on if you ask me while I’m there on a weekend night or the next morning. The kitchen is still a fairly new addition and I don’t go here very often so I’ve only eaten here once. Their menu is exactly what you expect a bar menu to be… exactly. I had the nachos and they were good. Better nachos than I’ve had at some Mexican restaurants. Some reviews mention the crowd and I’ve never had any problems. Throw alcohol at people and there is bound to be an issue at some point no matter where you’re at. It’s a working class crowd, but people are usually chill and friendly. Oh and they won’t tow your car contrary to what another reviewer said. I drive by here on my way to work at 4 am and see plenty of cars still parked there. My wife left her car overnight one time and it was fine. They do no advocate drunk driving and even have a van and offer rides home within a certain distance.

An update. I’ve come here about 5 times since my last review. A fight almost broke out because some ghetto guy with facial tattoos was super drunk and being disrespectful to a woman to the point where the whole bar could hear. I had two bartenders try and make me drinks with whipped cream vodka which I hate, one succeeded even though I tried saying no. I attempted to pawn it off to strangers that probably thought I was going to drug them. Most recently I came last Friday night with a temp ID, my birth certificate, and my work badge. The guy wouldn’t let me in. I understand policies but this was seriously annoying. I called another bar down the road and they said it would be cool, so I went there. I keep trying to love Bert’s, but each time frustrates me more and more.

Berts has the best burgers around. I have had good service, but remember at times they are very busy and you need to make your order clear and fast. They may not immediately acknowledge but they don’t forget and you will be served. I have been going there off and on since the late seventies of course at times under different management. Seen it all and for the most part in the afternoon after work a good natured crowd. On the weekends it is a younger crowd Friday and Saturday nights. So that is what you get. I don’t get where someone commented that there were all male bartenders. Very far from reality. One of the hardest working people I have observed any where is female. Also I do not get over served. If you are inclined a heated outdoor smoking area and a fun horseshoe pit. So realize it has been around many years and is a good place to stop and have a cold beer and some conversation with someone you may never see again.

I don’t get the mixed reviews some ppl say they need to regulate better but I had a friend get kicked out pretty fast n she was not originally acting bad … Shit got worse when they told her to leave lol could’ve just cut her off honestly then she wouldn’t of started screaming bahaha but whatever it’s def not classy but that’s why I like it

Would give negative if I could. It’s a creeper hang out with crappy bartenders that only have the aim to get girls wasted. Always fights breaking out. Here’s a tip Bert’s. Change your attitude and control your pours and you might get a better crowd in there. Will never return.

It’s a dive bar. Very strong drinks and cold beer. If your looking for a clean sports bar, this is not it. The staff(all male bar tenders) is friendly and will take good care of you. It’s a run down dirty hole in the wall but it’s a no bullsh** place to have a drink. What more could you want. Oh ok they have a nice outdoor deck and some horseshoe pits.

Bert’s has strong drinks but gets a little too wild on the weekends. Good deals on drinks, but a cramped and unpredictable place to drink!

This was a great place to gather and have some drinks!!! Everyone is friendly, employees and patrons. The drinks are strong and the food is taste! I am headed back for what I am told is the best Taco Tuesday in the Northwest! ;) that may be an exaggeration from one drunk patron, but I am going to give it a try… I recommend you do as well. Can’t lose with Bert’s if you ask me!

Ah the local bar. how fun. Lots of shady people I see here, and some that are descent. I’ve been in a few times. The drinks are cheap and stiff — some of the people seem pretty sketchy and seedy. It seems like a lot of working class people, which is fine — but you may find trouble if you’re not street smart. I happen to live just down the road; and historically this bar tends to attract troublemakers — for some reason every few months some idiot here is lighting off fireworks late at night or in the parking lot next to the bar. And then the police show up. On top of that usually the music is blasting late into the night hours — and the bros and hoes are out partying on the outdoor patio. The stiff drinks are flowing. the music is blasting. the mullet guy is dancing. the unibrow woman is hitting on the trucker guy. yes. all kinds of craziness going on here. So all this is pretty cool until you see the guy in the corner of the patio peeing. Gross dude… way uncool! As fun as all this is when you’re drinking — the neighbors don’t seem too happy about loud music late at night or some moron lighting fireworks and blowing their ears out. It seems they may need to be more accountable to their customers actions here. Security cameras or better bouncers — or both might be a good idea to keep the troublemakers out.

I want to make fun of this place but I can’t. It’s dirty, disgusting, the people are really creepy, but its a pretty fun experience. Be careful though, they pour their stuff strong and a lot of people go to this bar to cause trouble. Don’t bring any women and you’ll be alright!

This is a good old fashioned neighborhood BAR. kind of grungy, but great service, and a great crowd. I really enjoy the outdoor seating, they even have a couple heaters out there which makes it nice on one of our sunny cold days around here. I had the chicken tenders, they were pretty darn good and huge portion, I only finished with help from the other 3 people that I was with. I will definitely go back during the summer time, great place to sit outside and have a cold one.

What is Bert’s to me? The only thing I can relate it to is a version of cheers for me and all my friends. Where everyone knows your name. Blue and Dave the bartenders are forever animated, and endlessly entertaining.(You can tell by all the attention they receive.) If you are looking for high end, boring, and quiet people, you my friend, have come to the wrong place. Count on being spilled on, confronted by strangers, and listening to terrible karaōke. If you are looking for endless dive bar character, Bert’s always delivers. A classic neighborhood watering hole, with a diverse crowd

I recently visited my brother up in Mill Creek for a «Sunday Funday.» The plan was to hangout and grab some food and drinks. Since neither of us had a preference as to where to get our grub and drink on, I suggested we head over to Bert’s Tavern to grab a drink since I had heard good things about it. I’m very glad that we did! We sat in the bar and were served some strong rum and cokes and some 24 oz. budlights. I believe we were able to pay for all of these drinks for about 15 dollars… excellent value! We were starting to get hungry and the bartender recommended that we check out their 2 dollar burger special and that there was a guy outside on the patio grilling the burgers. The burgers were delicious and everyone there was friendly and having a good time. I’m looking forward to coming back to this place!
