You where doing to well! When the sushi was revamped a while back it was fantastic! You could hardly tell it was store bought sushi. It almost tasted like it was takeout from a sushi restaurant. But now, it seems to be slipping back to the old days. The Sushi chefs obviously know what they are doing, but sadly its the ingredients they are provided that suck. I have noticed the fish is no longer as fresh and good tasting as it use to be. More often than not I get a box that smells overwhelmingly fishy. The rice now tastes cheap and overly dry, and don’t get me started on hard avocados. I miss the old ‘new’ sushi. It had so much more flavor.
