I was referred from the GI clinic at the VA in the Jamaica Plains/Boston area. I met with Dr. Vivian Sanchez and not only did she help me fix my issues, she is also very personable and goes above and beyond her job duties. The way she treats HER patients is how every va employee should be treating ALL veterans. She is the definition of an excellent va employee. Thank you Dr. Vivian Sanchez, not only is it a pleasure to have met you but you have helped me with my disease. You are the best

My Grandpa died here a few months ago and the family spent four full days by his side during hospice. There were a few kinks in his treatment, but all in all, it was a great space for him to pass. They gave him a «Hotel Suite» for his final days which had a pull out couch, recliners, extra chairs, a flat-screen tv, mini fridge, etc. and we were allowed to fill the room with personal memories. The hospital itself didn’t serve any food after 3:00pm so having the mini-fridge was important to keep a little bit of nourishment at hand. The weekend entrance was confusing as there’s only one way in(if you’re looking at the building it’s alllll the way to the left) but once I found my way in, I didn’t get very lost around the hospital. Yes there are much better hospitals in Boston but my experience here was definitely three stars for my Veteran Grampa.
