Excited to hear what they had to offer and order flowers as it’s right by my office. Extra excited that they had a dog in the shop to brighten my day(I am an ASPCA guardian and love dogs). Little did I know that when I walked into their shop and started to pet their dog, I would be treated like I was some nutjob. Who are you? You can’t do that? You have to ask! I said quickly I was excited to see your dog and left it at that because I was on the phone with a family member actually trying to discuss what type of flowers to buy. Mind you the dog is sitting right by the door so wouldn’t you think it’d be normal to pet him as you walk in?! As I was about to get off the phone and explain I was interested in what they had, they continued to shout. I realized I didn’t want to give my business to these people at all so just walked out without saying anything. My takeway — if they claim they were just concerned about their dog: if he indeed is a potential«biter» then what type of business are you running by letting him stand by the door? If he is not, why then flip out and be incredibly rude when a potential customer walks in? I will never ever think to buy flowers from this place, and neither should you.

Do not even entertain this place. The worst flower buying experience ever! How can that be; flowers make people happy?! The staff person minding the store should not be working with people period. He seriously behaved uninterested in making a sale as if we has dropped by his house unannounced! I would have rather gone across the street to the local supermarket. I guess that is what I get for trying to invest in a local, small business…

Boston Flower Boutique delivers! I mean that both literally and figuratively, as the beautiful plant I ordered for my friends’ wedding arrived within the time frame I asked for, and was much appreciated by the two recipients. John did good work, adding more colorful flowers to the potted plant, making it stand out as an artistic expression. Thanks, John. Another wedding in two weeks, so I’ll call John and Mary at the Boston Flower Boutique again in a few days for another delivery. As the expression goes, «If it works, why fix it?» Again, thanks for the beautiful work you do.

I had a very good experience with the Flower Boutique. I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and was assured she would get them in time. When it looked like there might be a problem with my order, they called to alert me about it and to make an alternate plan if the need arose. The young girl who called me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Luckily, everything worked out perfectly, but I appreciated their efforts to make me happy and anticipate potential problems. I felt that they really cared about getting my order right and not spoiling my anniversary. I would recommend them without reservation.
