Let me start by saying that I have been working in food service for quite some time and have learned great customer service is hard to come by. When I signed up with Sprint, a gentleman named Andrew was my representative. Now im a bit of a nerd with phones so there were some questions he wasnt sure of so at least he was honest and said he did not know. Overall, he was fantastic! He set everything up in a timley manner and even gave me his cell phone number if I needed anything else. If you go there ask for Andrew. I gave it four stars because of the other reps that could of helped me did not notice me cuz they were all on their phones.

Wow. I have to say this: Jerry, which I haven’t met in person yet, is as good as it gets. If he’s not the manager, he should be. He should be in charge of customer service for all the sprint stores. If he says he is going to call you, he will. even if he can’t call you at the time that he said, he will call you even after hours just because he told you he would.(and he explains why he couldn’t call before) He did every single thing he told me he was going to do and kept me updated as he said he would. I am happily surprised by this customer service. I will keep coming back and I hope that Jerry is there or that he has trained people at this store to be as good as he is.

I came in last week, waited thirty minutes for service, was finally seen and then told that they didn’t have any iPhone 5, iPhone 5c or iPhone 5s in stock at all(hey, that’s fine, I get it) nor would they order them for me. What’s going on with that though? Just lazy? I’ve been a Sprint customer for 13 years. Buck up. I just want to order a phone.

Took my iphone in because it was not working properly. Shared my troubleshooting pieces, though they asked me about things I already said I tried. Was told to go to Apple store«because the geeks there can do a software upgrade.» Asked if it would be covered because Apple said it would not be since I bought the phone there. Was told it would be, sort of. See ya.

I wouldn’t recommend this store or Sprint anymore. as they don’t handle your banking information carefully. The manager at the winter street did some sneaky things to my account causing a month of headache where the matter had to be turned over to the FTC. Its too bad they closed another location on Washington Street, shows they don’t care about the customer base.

Everyone who knows me understands my deep commitment issues. Friends, family, colleagues, and foes, they all they know! Believe me, though, I am going somewhere with this. Before yesterday at noon, I was a Verizon customer. Initially, I was excited to upgrade to the iPhone 5! Super quick internet AND unlimited data, or so I thought. One of my students reminded me that once I upgrade I will lose my grandfathered in data plan and I was devastated! I nearly cried but I held it in. Anyways, I started to do some research on new plans, and guys, Sprint has it. Unlimited data and unlimited texting(with some amount of calling, but honestly, who calls these days?!) So I left my side of the river(Somerville /Porter Square) for Boston, nervous of the touristy crowds, but I was on a mission! I got off of the Downtown Crossing station, creeped out by the general public, and rushed my fanny to the Sprint store(I keep on typing Spring, so if I do that, you know what’s up) on Winter Street. I was immediately greeted by the two most nicest employees(or do they go by associates or technicians?!). They were humorous, knowledgeable, and personable. One lad in particular, of whom I forget his name(but he has dreadlocks in a pony tail) is great. Friends, don’t let the Downtown Crossing area fool you! Some of these places, such as Spring(see, told you I would do that) have great employees where you leave happy.

The only reason this is even one star(and I didn’t beg Unilocal to allow me to give zero stars) is because of, and excuse the spelling, Ornella? She was extremely patient and helpful! Everyone else, though? RIDICULOUS. Two people, a guy and a girl, stood at the front on their phones never even looking up as customers entered — the guy at least said, «Welcome to Sprint,» but still never looked up from his phone. The girl, despite another coworker(already helping someone) wispering to her, «Welcome to Sprint,» ignored several customers around her after rolling her eyes at her fellow employee, too darn busy on her own cell phone. How do these people even get jobs?!? Please dear LORD Sprint do something!!!

Went into this location to upgrade my phone and could not get waited on. The store was almost empty — no one would even make eye contact. I finally interrupted one worker from his long conversation with a coworker and he said, «OK. Just so you know, I’m supposed to be going on break, but I’ll help you first.» I asked a few questions and my mind was made up — my contract is up in a few weeks, I’m going with another company.

Don’t even try to go into this store. The manager is an idiot who wouldn’t help someone, apparently, if they were drowning. I was told – incorrectly, it turned out – by a Sprint customer service rep to return a device on my account directly to a store after I cancelled service with them. This jerk – after I told him I was in a hurry since I’d parked illegally, since it’s completely impossible to find parking anywhere near this store – took HALFANHOUR shooting the shit with a customer service rep on the phone before it turned out the store wasn’t going to take the device back, and I’d wasted an hour and a half going down there for nothing. Rude, inept, clueless customer service. Don’t even try! And hey, I’m very happy with my new iPhone …

Every time I have had to come to this particular Sprint store to fix a phone problem –it is always a success — the employees have gone above and beyond normal customer service — which has allowed me to move on with my day with a working phone! thanks!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. I was on vacation in Boston and basically lost my phone and was dreading the whole process of buying a new one. Granted, it was a rainy day so traffic was very minimal, but I had the utmost attentive and helpful Sprint rep helping me. I told him what I was looking for, and Victor helped me find a phone that was similar to my old one. He should me good phones within my price range and did not try to upsell me at all. Even when I was interested in a frillier, more-expensive looking phone he told me about other customers’ experiences and how they weren’t so great. Due to some complications, I didn’t end up getting a phone but Victor did his best to help me out. I left the store amazed at how well I was helped during my time there. Like I said, I’m not sure if the situation would be if there were many customers in the store. But all in all, I didn’t feel like I was working with a «salesman», just someone who was trying to help me out. Thanks Victor!

To be fair, I’ve never been in here to buy a phone. I’m just a total geek, so I usually go with a friend to play with the phones(Palm Pre! *fantard*). But every time I do, the people politely ask if we’re good and we say we’re just looking, and well, it’s all good. They always have all of their phones, and even two Palm Pres. Plus, when I asked a question about a webOS update with an onscreen keyboard for the Pre, the staff seemed to know what I was talking about and answered my question. I like!

Oh my God — don’t even bother going in to this store. I made 5 attempts to buy a battery for my phone and was met with some sort of discfuntional opposition every singe time — in addition to ridiculous wait times and inept staff. Best way to come back pissed from your lunch break.
