Runway Hair

I’ve only been here for hair services, but highly recommend this place overall.
Thanh does a great job on my hair especially because I have very coarse and thick natural hair for a person of Asian descent. I’ve been going to him for a couple years before he started at this Runway location and I am a fan. He’s great at layering and styling my hair and a good listener when I tell him what I like and don’t like for a cut and color.
He recently suggested balayage for my hair because I was indecisive between growing out my black roots or touching up the roots. I absolutely loved the results and appreciate that he’s able to help me with my indecisiveness and pickiness. He came up with a mocha balayage since I tend to gravitate towards darker hues.
Oh and I love the hair washing station! It is so much more comfortable to lay back and get a hair wash (with scalp massage) without having to arch your head backwards. This makes the experience at the salon so much more relaxing.
I also like the location in Fields corner. Although you have to take a few minutes to find parking, there is plenty to be found on the side street.

Tri did a fantastic job on my hair! I came in as an artificial blonde and came out a grey-​ombred. I was a little reluctant to go grey ’cause of my skin tone but he chose the perfect shade of grey that looks great. And he uses Olaplex! So my hair wasn’t too terrifying afterwards.
He actually also made me come back a second time just so he can re-​do it to fit his vision since he wasn’t satisfied the first time — and only charged me for a wash. I really appreciated his dedication to make SURE that it looked good. That alone, and his customer service, deserves 5 stars.

I really like the services here at Runway Hair Salon, the staffs are friendly and easy to approach. Beside, they are very professional and extremely helpful. Each individual staff took his/​her times with the cut, color, styled and consulsations.
What makes Runway Hair Salon stands out from other places is that they have a very comfortable shampoo chair. They have relaxing shampoo, scalp message, face wash/​massage and face mask services. It’s very relaxing and enjoying. Highly recommended! Prices are very reasonable and quality.

Definitely come here and get my hair done from now on. I consider myself as a picky customer, and I really enjoyed the service here with positive attitude from the staff, always willing to help and answer all my questions. Highly recommended for ladies.
