Robert Half Executive Search

I normally don’t go out of my way to write a negative review, but Robert Half is one of the most frustrating staffing agencies to work and interact with.
I worked for a division of theirs as a contractor, and any time I had to deal with them directly I never got a straight answer. No one seems to know what is going on. Their health insurance is so awful I never got to use it while I was an employee because I never knew who to call for what service.
I just spoke with two customer service reps to get all my tax paperwork. The first told me i needed a specific form and to email the benefits department. I got an automated response in my email. So I called back, and a different rep told me that I needed a completely different form, and that they won’t be mailed out until late march. not only did the two different people give me two different sets of information, but neither one is actually helpful in any way.
Unless you are desperate I wouldn’t recommend working with this agency. They will find you a temp job right away, but you will have to deal with a lot of run arounds and awful payroll systems and non-​answers.
And when you try to get any kind of answer from anyone, the people on the phone just tap their nose and say «not it» as opposed to trying to actually make you feel like you are going to be helped in any way. Its not about the individuals, but how the company is run as a whole.
Thanks, but I’d rather be unemployed for a while and find a job on my own.

do not waste your time with this agency. I met with Chip back in Sept. and never heard from him again. He was excited when we met, had what he called a great opportunity for me. I waited 1 week after our meeting, as I never heard from him, at that time he told me he was still working on it. Needless to say I f/​u one more time and never heard from again. I believe Chip is one of the managers!
Right after I met with him, I referred a friend and she had a similar experience.
