I have called them Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday between 10am and 5pm, trying to set up a time for my Amazon deal and there was NO ANSWER for the number provided on the website. I left a message to see if the owner could get back to me to set up a time but no response for 5 days.
Furthermore, I emailed their address posted on their website, but only got an auto response. I ended up returning my Amazon local deal because I was not able to use it!
The good outcome:
I was very disappointed with the business, but Amazon was great and gave me a refund.
